직원들의 친절한 서비스와 객실 가습기도 비치되어 있어 꽤 좋았습니다. 다만 싱글침대 사이즈는 조금만 더 컸으면 좋을것 같습니다.

호텔의 관리 상태나 친절도 그리고 편안함 다 좋습니다. 위치도 인근 좋는 식당과 술집이 많습니다. 남자가 쇼핑하기에도 괜찮은 샾이 많습니다. 다만 405호 천장 간접조명 아래 수상한 인형이 있었어요. 치워주세요. 손대기 싫어서 그냥 두었어요.

Perfekt läge, mycket bra värde för pengarna. Fin utsikt i rum på övre våningarna. Kommer bo där snart igen. Obs det är ett enkelt hotell sett till service från personalen. Man checkar in själv i maskinen, man ställer sitt bagage i skåp själv i väntan på incheckning. Ingen telefon på rummet osv. För oss passade det perfekt.

Small hotel in the Ebisu area of Shinjuku. Rooms were small but very comfortable beds. Light does get in the room when the sun comes up, so you might need to adjust sleep accordingly. Very comfortable hotel for a first hotel off of the the plane from America.

The location is excellent. However, it is a very non-personal hotel, like a ghost hotel. Rooms are small but clean. However, larger than a comparative APA hotel but less good planned. We stayed for 6 nights and had breakfast around 8 to 8.30 every morning. There were 3 pre-set choices. The alternative that we found attractive was always “sold out”. We complained. Furthermore, the personal at the breakfast place were very, very unpleasant!! I would recommend an APA hotel or similar if you want a decent breakfast.

The hotel is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, which gives it a unique charm and offers a genuine sense of everyday life in Japan. It’s the perfect place to unwind and relax after a full day of exciting activities.

The location is fantastic, only 4 minutes away from Ebisu station. There are loads of restaurants and cafés around (even a small yokocho!). The hotel is new and has some nice tech features like an AI assistant device in the room, self check-in kiosks and luggage lockers. The staff is friendly, the bed is comfy and, for the price — especially considering Tokyo room sizes — this room is actually very decent. For those more sensitive to noise, I could barely hear any traffic or outside sounds, which honestly feels rare in Tokyo. The only thing that could use some improvement is the blackout blinds, since they let quite a bit of light through. They also offer a small complimentary breakfast, which I actually found filling enough (especially if you go for the egg sandwich option). Honestly, stop wasting your money staying in Shibuya or Shinjuku in rooms where opening your suitcase becomes a strategic operation. Just go two extra stations and stay somewhere great like Ebisu.

I frequently visit this establishment primarily for business purposes, but I highly recommend it for both family and leisure travel. It offers an excellent location that is conveniently situated away from the bustling noise of Shibuya while still being close enough to enjoy its attractions. I have been staying here for the past five trips to Tokyo and can confidently say that it is a highly recommended for your next trip.

Great little place in a quiet neighborhood. Room was nice. AC works well. Great shower. Could be more options for TV channels. Beds were very comfortable.

We were happy with our stay there. Close to train and in a quiet area. Breakfast was disappointing but coffee was great. Female staff member was very pleasant and helpful. Room was small but it was quiet.

Decor was just very minimal. Nothing to get excited about. Self check in was very impersonal . Otherwise good location and perfectly fine for one night.

Hotel staff was very helpful in helping check us in as we had a name issue upon arrival but easily addressed. We booked 2 rooms and both rooms were just enough for a six day stay. Our rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. Glad to have AC! Shower was very clean and big enough to move around - some showers can be so tiny at hotels! I just wish there were more hooks to hang your towels and maybe a shelf at the sink counter. Breakfast was just enough and tasty - we love free breakfast! They have laundry room here and you don't need to buy laundry detergent - the machines come loaded with it. I would stay here again as it's a short walk to Ebisu train station and had many places to eat at around the hotel. Very happy with our booking!
