Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’hôtel Eden Andalou Aqua Park à Marrakech. L’hôtel est très beau, propre et bien organisé. Le personnel est accueillant et toujours disponible. L’aqua park est vraiment top pour les petits comme pour les grands. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables, et la restauration est bonne avec un large choix. Un grand merci à Hind, la barmaid, toujours souriante et agréable. Merci également aux serveurs du restaurant : Mohsine, Younes, Fatimez Zahra et Tarik, très professionnels, très polis, courtois et toujours avec le sourire. Un clin d’œil aussi aux deux animateurs à l’entrée : le jeune homme à l’entrée de l’hôtel, habillé en tenue traditionnelle marocaine, qui sert le thé à la menthe, ainsi qu’à celui du restaurant, toujours chaleureux et souriants. Une belle touche d’accueil marocain dès l’arrivée. Hôtel exceptionnel du début jusqu’à la fin, avec une réception très professionnelle. Les femmes de ménage sont très gentilles et les chambres sont très bien entretenues. Nous repartons avec de très bons souvenirs. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir. Très bon rapport qualité-prix. L’hôtel vaut largement ses 5 étoiles ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, c’est du sérieux. Encore merci à tous. Je reviendrai, In shā Allah.

Wanted to mention a few of the staff we interacted with - everyone was nice but especially a shout out for Amine who is onsite entertainment team and the brilliant energy he brought. From dancing to archery lessons :) In the lounge we are welcomed by the gracious tea person - didn’t have the name but really wanted to say thank you for the hospitality. Similarly in Atlas restaurant- the very warm waiter who brought us Moroccon coffee and always had a chat with my son. Great food from chef and omelettes and other food cooked !

Had a pleasant stay in this nice property. Staff are so warm and welcoming! Nice food at the restaurant and alls great value for money.

Séjour catastrophique : fuyez, ce n'est pas un 5 étoiles ! Global : Hôtel à l'abandon, mal entretenu (murs écaillés, joints moisis) et propreté déplorable. Expérience indigne du standing annoncé. Accueil & Chambre : Arrivée sous la pluie sans parapluie, 3h d'attente dans le froid sans solution. Réservation non respectée : payé pour une vue piscine, reçu une vue citronniers sans correction malgré le supplément. Hygiène & Ménage : Ménage bâclé. J'ai dû appeler 3 fois et m'énerver pour obtenir des serviettes propres. Couvertures douteuses (allergie cutanée développée sur place). Insonorisation : Inexistante. On entend tout (portes, couloirs). Sommeil impossible sans bouchons d’oreilles. Restauration & Tout Inclus : Formule inutile. Buffet basique, peu varié, aucune collation pour enfants après 17h. Le Réveillon à 3750 dhs est un vol : simple buffet et boissons payantes (70 dhs pour 2 sodas), alors que le buffet principal était gratuit ! Une honte. Installations : Aquaparc et piscines "chauffées" glaciales, inutilisables pour les adultes. Au Spa (très cher), il pleuvait à l'intérieur, l'eau de la piscine était trouble et sentait mauvais. Restaurant marocain jamais disponible en 9 jours. Sécurité : Alarmes incendie à répétition (8h30, 21h30, 22h40) pour des "tests" ou des fumeurs, sans aucune information préalable. Panique totale avec un enfant. Conclusion : Aucune considération client, entretien inexistant. Passez votre chemin.

La salle des repas est horrible. Le kids club inégal, le spa est bien et la salle de sport est bien avec un super coach sportif.

I stayed at Eden Andalou Aquapark & Spa. Cleanliness was poor. At check-in there was gum in the sink and the bathroom was not clean, and even after I asked it was never fixed. In our first room the walls were so thin we heard people yelling at night. At the pool, the lifeguard spoke to us in a condescending way, watched us, and pushed us to buy floaties for my daughters even though they can swim. We also noticed what felt like favoritism at meals. One morning I was told croissants were finished, but shortly after another family who didn’t look like us asked and were given pastries. I was told to sit and wait and still received nothing until I went to the manager. A similar thing happened when I asked for fruit at dinner. The way my brother was treated was upsetting. When he came to visit he wasn’t allowed past the lobby. I paid to add him as a guest, yet staff kept his passport “in a safe” and would not let him go until he gave another ID. The next morning a different receptionist said they don’t keep guests’ IDs and there was no record of it, and he ended up missing his train. We also had problems with the shuttle. A manager said it would be free because of these issues, but the next day the front desk still tried to charge us and kept us waiting with no clear answer, causing us to miss our train. Overall, the cleanliness issues, how my brother was treated, the favoritism we saw at meals, and inconsistent communication made this stay stressful and upsetting.

Uncomfortable beds, rude staff and extra charges to use indoor pool even though we paid for spa packages. We will not be returning and do not recommend this hotel.

Das Essen war absolut Top wirklich sehr lecker und immer heiß.. Der Außen Pool ist angenehm warm und die Zimmer sind auch sehr schön.. es gibt viele TV Sender in allen möglichen Sprachen. Negativ war das der Aqua Park nicht beheizt wird und sehr kalt ist und das es im all inklusive Programm kein Eis für die Kinder gibt.

Airport pick pick up was good, hotel facilities were good, food options were not too comprehensive

The pools and waterpark were great. One of the pools was heated which was good for one of the cooler days. The free shuttle bus into Marrakech was much appreciated, so we could do some sight-seeing. All of the staff were super friendly and looked after us.

Les chambres sont très propres et d'une très grande superficie. Le personnel au restaurant est très gentil, souriant, le chef est chaleureux, les serveuses et serveurs extrêmement aimables, un grand merci à Taoufik et à Amed. Les barmans ont toujours le sourire. Beaucoup d'activités et plein d'excursions. Le massage ainsi que le hammam étaient prodigieux. C'était une très belle expérience.

Premier séjour en famille. L’hôtel est incroyablement propre. Le personnel est aux petits soins ils son géniaux. Les piscines de l’hôtel sont refaites à neuf donc très bien. Le parc aquatique est très sécurisé et surveillé donc top pour les familles nombreuses comme nous. Nous avons essayé le spa avec un hamam tout à fait superbe. Nous revenons de se séjour avec des images et des souvenirs incroyables de se beau pays.

Je suis très satisfaite de mon séjour dans cet hôtel ! Le personnel est top, souriant et à l’écoute. La nourriture est bonne, même si petit bémol pour un all inclusive : on ne se sert pas soi-même et on a parfois l’impression d’être un peu surveillé sur les portions. L’aquapark et les piscines sont super, parfaits pour passer de bons moments en famille. Seul regret : deux toboggans aquatiques dans l’espace enfants ne fonctionnaient pas, c’est dommage. J’espère que cela sera réparé pour notre prochain séjour, car le reste des installations est vraiment agréable. Les chambres sont propres, bien entretenues et confortables. Dans l’ensemble, j’ai passé un excellent séjour. Je reviendrai avec plaisir et je recommande cet hôtel !

Me & my partner have just come to the end of our 9 night stay in this hotel and all I have to say is we will be back! Easy check in & out. Facilities are always kept clean, including our room which was cleaned everyday & given fresh towels which we really liked. Food had a good variety to it. We enjoyed that there were activities you could join in throughout the day. Evening entertainment was good, animation team do their best to try keep it fun for all ages :) Lastly a massive shoutout to all the staff! You really cannot fault them, everyone we encountered were all very polite & helpful which made our stay even better. Ismail & a young lady in particular (so sorry I didn’t get your name) who work in the buffet restaurant were so good to us while dining! Making sure everything was okay & drinks were topped up (even remembered what we drank so we never need to say, drinks would just come over to us) - Small things like this made our stay so easy & enjoyable which is just what we wanted. Thank you for our stay, we had a brilliant time.

Very friendly staff, good food choice and lovely outdoor facilities. Water park area could benefit from some upgrading.
