Amazing hotel and amazing staff , we enjoyed our stay very much .

Great staff and service. Rock hard beds and a slight smell of mold in our room. Good live music and fantastic roof top terrace. Food ok but not great.

We chose this riad to celebrate our anniversary and it exceeded our expectations. The suite was spacious, beautifully decorated, and the private jacuzzi was a real highlight. A peaceful, romantic stay with excellent service throughout.

Thank you for Souffian, Chaymae and all the people in this Riad for the hospitality and friendly atmosphere it makes me feel like home . Sure I’m coming back to this Riad whenever I go to Marrakech ❤️

I did not realize that my room would be above a concert venue. There was live music which was great but I was not anticipating that when I made the decision to book. Then when I asked the gentleman who showed me my room, he told me that the room blocks sound and it will not be that bad. That was a lie. It was extremely loud and not an experience I would recommend.

Je recommande fortement cette hotel ! Nous avons été très bien acceuilli par la directrice de l'établissement . Le souper spectacle au bistro arabe etait le meilleur de notre séjour de 2 semaines au maroc . l'emplacement est parfait pour visiter Marrakech à pied . 10/10

Not for people who like quiet as everyday from 8-11:30 they have a live band. But amazing service and perfect experience

One of the best hotel stays we had. Its steps away from the central market. We stayed in the Pacha Suite. With the Jazz club being below every night was a magical experience, it’s almost like a best kept secret. Not to mention the staff was more than friendly, I would 10/10 stay here again in coming to Marrakesh.

Staff were really helpful, friendly and efficient. Facilities great; super jazz group played in the evening. Altogether a great place to stay. Note: Not accessible by taxi or car. 5 minutes walk through medina to nearest place where vehicles are available, but staff will help with luggage.

The staff is incredibly helpful and goes above and beyond to assist guests. However, the plan e room is quite disappointing. It’s dingy and dirty, and the bed is extremely hard. The bed sheets and linens also need a wash. The pictures on Expedia were very appealing and made the place look inviting. In reality, the place is a rundown establishment in the heart of the old Medina. There’s no onsite parking, and guests are responsible for finding their own parking. I would not recommend it al all.

I’m so glad I stayed at this wonderful hotel. It’s location is perfect for exploring the souks and Jamma al Fnaa square. The amenities and staff couldn’t be any better. The Riad (a house transformed into a hotel) has a wonderful vibe about it. It has old world charm with modern amenities. There is nightly live music from 8pm until 11pm. I loved the Jazz and Latin nights. The rooftop restaurant “The Pergola” was excellent. The tagine and backshish kebabs were some of my favorite dishes. The Casablanca beer was cold and had a clean crisp taste. The staff were phenomenal. Personable, efficient and very helpful. They felt more like friends than employees. They all spoke English but French and Arabic as well. From my first experience with Soufian at the front desk to the cooks and wait staff and even the staff cleaning the rooms, they all went above and beyond to make it feel like home away from home. I can’t wait to return! I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Marrakech!

A beautiful property in the heart of Medina. The staff was attentive and service excellent. They really pay attention to detail. Cheyma the front office manager is there for all your needs. Fetine , Sufian , Amal and the the Breakfast team , really have no words to describe how nice everyone was. You really feel you are being taken care of. I gave 3 stars to Breakfast because it was quite limited and after 3days you really get tired of eating the same things . The place is trendy with live music every night. I definitely would stay here again.

From booking to checking out I have never received better service. The Riad is an absolutely stunning hidden gem. Deep inside the busy bustling mind blowing medina is this beautiful hidden oasis of calm luxury. The room I had was incredible, it was tucked away in a little corner of the riad with its own private patio , and a spa pool within the room itself. Every single member of staff I had contact with was polite and friendly and always happy to help and always with a smile. I will most definitely be back and will be recommending this wonderful place to anyone that will listen. The food was amazing , the jazz brilliant and the cocktails perfect. I was travelling solo and felt perfectly safe and welcomed.
