일단 저렴한거 거기까지임. 위치도 나쁘지 않음. 하지만 주방시설이 청결하지 못하고 좁고 공동 화장실도 그다지 깨끗하지않음. 그래도 음식 해서 방으로 가져가 먹을수있음. 3시 이전에 도착해서 짐보관하려면 가방당 5유로 내야함. 방에 옷거는곳이 없고 당연히 옷걸이도 없음. 나갓다 오면 곰팡이 냄새가 심하고 먼지때문인지 아침에 준비하거나 저녁에 와서 잘준비할때 계속 재채기 콧물. 알러지나 비염있으면 피하기를 권함.

The property was not as in the picture and very unhygienic and not livable due to which I had to leave right after I entered and didnt stay about which I had spoken to you and though I was told I will be refunded at the reception if I write a mail to them ,it wasnt what happened ,neither did it happen from hotels.com side.Very miserable experience that you shouldnt be putting these in your list, shady and dirty places

Hostel has bedbugs and is not clean. Don’t recommend anybody to stay here because of health reasons

We were eaten alive by bed bugs. Sent pictures of the bugs and video. Was only partially refunded. This place is very dirty. The bathroom in the hallway was a shower combo, it was flooded and stank of urine. We left the next morning. It was a nightmare. The kitchen was really dirty. The pictures are not close to what the property looks like. The hotel gave no response to any messages. Hotels.com did offer assistance and help with partial refund.

Disgusting liens, smelly room, bed bugs.

My stay was extremely disturbing and unsafe. On the second night, I discovered bed bugs in my bed, which is a serious health hazard. I immediately informed the staff. Instead of offering a room change or any solution, I was instructed to check out and told to request a refund by email. I was forced to leave due to sanitary concerns. At the end they refused to refund. THEY REFUSED. I left the hostel with no other option. They are not taking accountability for this. I have pictures. The room was poorly cleaned, the bathrooms were not hygienic, and the general maintenance of the property was very poor. Additionally, the hostel claims to have female-only rooms, but this was not respected at all. On two separate occasions (around 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.), male staff members entered the female-only room without knocking, without warning, and without requesting permission. This was extremely disrespectful and made me feel unsafe and violated as a female guest. The kitchen is significantly smaller than shown in the pictures, lacks even the most basic cooking equipment, and is practically unusable. The lockers are extremely small, not even large enough to fit a small backpack. I was also misled regarding the lockers. I was told I needed to pay for a locker; after paying, I was only given a used and scratched padlock, despite already having my own lock. The staff showed zero concern, no apology, and no accountability. This place is absolutely not safe nor worth the money

毎日枕とシーツを変えてくれるのはありがたかったですが、男女共用のドミトリーだからか、臭いが不快でした。スタッフの方も勤務中に電話をしていて話しかけずらかったです。女性スタッフは優しくしてくださいました。泊まっている方はフレンドリーでしたし、街も思っていたより治安が良くて安心しました。

Shocking the situation of our room, dirty floor with rubbish all around. We couldn't date to put anything in the floor. The toilets situation was disgusting. We also found bedbugs on our beds! I get it is a cheap hostel and would complain if it was only the lack of blinds on the massive windows or even the depressing state of conservation of the building, but keeping that dirt the place people are paying to sleep is simply disrespectful and unacceptable.

Disappointing experience at Princess Hostel Amsterdam I stayed in a private single room and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I encountered bedbugs during the night, which caused several bites. The room also had no curtains, resulting in too much light coming in. Additionally, the floor didn’t feel clean, and the overall hygiene of the room was not what I expected. I stayed for one night and asked for a refund due to health concerns, but this was declined because of the hostel’s policy. I had hoped for more understanding in this situation. I also have another upcoming booking that I am unable to cancel, which adds to the disappointment.

MARCHAND DE SOMMEIL !!! "Hôtel" à signaler aux autorités !!! RIEN NE VA !! Trace de tuyaux arrachés, absence de rideaux, problème d'isolation, présence de PUNAISES !!! (Et œufs sur mon sac !!). Et côté Sanitaire : Douche à faible débit, lavabo bouché... L'ENREGISTREMENT EN LIGNE EST INUTILE ! (On vous donnera un feuille à papier que vous pouvez écrire n'importe quoi, ils ne vérifient quasiment rien)... PIRE : Les options payantes proposés dans l'application n'existent pas (Le locker est inclus dans le tarif) et refusent TOUTE REMBOURSEMENT !!! Et la fonction proposée dans l'application (ouverture des portes) ne fonctionne évidemment pas. (On vous attribue une chambre avec un numéro de lit, mais les lits ne sont pas numérotés, donc il faut se débrouiller pour avoir un bon lit...) Mais je ne parle pas de l'accueil fort désagréable (mais qu'est-ce que j'ai fait?), de la cuisine (?) aussi grande d'un ascenseur Parisien (Vous mangerez dehors ou dans votre chambre de toute façon), de l'impossibilité de déposer son bagage... Et j'ai même aperçu dans un dortoir que des matelas sont posés à même le sol ! Ah oui, les escaliers très étroites, moquettes usés et les couloirs tagués me fait penser qu'on est dans un squat...   Comment ce genre d'hôtel peut-il rester ouvert? (Heureusement que je n'ai passé que 2 nuits).

There is nothing positive about this hostel. It is a dirty hostel, which is run down and does not meet any hostel standards. The locks on the showers and toilets doors are broken. there is no kitchen although the photos on their website shows it. The digital door lock system via WhatsApp is a disaster, it is very hard to operate, if it does not work properly on you smartphone you could not get in the hostel. The hostel rooms have no curtains, broken radiators as people must have danced on it. This place is a absolute no-go.

Everything, was nothing like its pictures. It was absolutely disgusting and unsafe. The shower had a pile of vomit in it and the toilets were disgusting. It was literally a room with two bunkers in, no curtains and no privacy at all to get dressed. Staff was extremely rude when I spoke to them about the state of the showers and informed me that there was nothing that could be done about it. So disappointed and it completely ruined my experience in Amsterdam.

Empecemos la habitación estaba sucia, el baño era un asco, decian que nos incluian los paños y a la hora de la hora costaban 6 euros y para terminarla de rematar fui picada por chinches se cama, se nota la poca higiene que tiene este lugar
