Plenty houseflies at restaurants during breakfast

They gave us 2 connecting room but one room has AC problem not working at all! Rest room is dirty, faucet and shower pipes has MOLDS, OMG!

We were greeted nicely when we arrived. However, the room we had on our first night was very disappointing. The shower drain didn’t drain properly, so it flooded in the washroom. It took the staff 10 minutes just to get all the water down the drain (if this is an issue to you, avoid Room 307). This next issue made me furious. As I was about to get in bed after taking a shower, I lifted the duvet and found a thumbtack facing up. I immediately took pictures of it (attached to this review). I notified front desk about this hazard, but they didn’t seem to be that concerned. They just said they were gonna let room service know about it and didn’t perform any deep inspection. I asked for a room change that night because of these issues, but they just disregarded the request. It was really frustrating. I came to the front desk in the morning, and thank you to the morning shift staff, they accepted the request for a room change (moved to Room 306). No alarming issues during our second day. Overall, Baguio was fun. We were just hoping that our first night at Ion Hotel went safely and smoothly, especially after a long day of travel from Manila.

The room was clean and staff were helpful. Breakfast was excellent good varieties.

We have enjoyed the stay at Ion hotel the staff was very courteous and cooperative and the Breakfast was really good

It’s walking distance to Burnham park. Staff is helpful and friendly. Room is clean. Servings delicious breakfast.

Overall great

Great location far enough from all the traffic but can easily get places in 10-15 minutes. Staff are very nice. The only issue I had was the whole room transfer and not being told upfront that we will need to transfer the next day. I booked 2 family rooms and did an early paid for early check in on arrival for one room and they put us on adjoining room since they only have one available because of the the 3 other family room they have had was under construction. I was not told that I have to transfer to standard room the next day. The towels can use some upgrade though

There is a cockroach on the room and at the breakfast has a fly’s and all the employees they don’t really care at all

Location was good but the room did not feel cozy and clean. The breakfast was also does not meet expectation as there were little options at the buffet.

Great view, loved it! One of the highlights of the hotel
