Ion Hotel

Hotel had bad piping problem so their was a bad odor that came from the bathroom. Cleanliness to the hotel needs improvement. There were areas that were dusty and bathroom were not well cleaned.

Firstly upon arriving to the hotel it took nearly 1 hour waiting in line to check in. There was three check outs all with staff but only one staff member checking in guests. The room was ok, nothing special. The worst thing about our stay was the breakfast, probably the worst breakfast I have ever been to with all my travels. It was all cold, not even any orange juice and food was rarely replenished. There was no parking do our car and I definitely will not be returning.

Terrible delay for room during check-in.

Breakfast dishes (IF AVAILABLE & REPLENISHED) was LUKE warm!!! Toilet seat was loose & you had to position the seat prior to using the toilet!! When showering, despite having a shower door & enclosed shower, the bathroom floor flooded due to a leak in the shower. Considering that hose keeping attended to the room DAILY, did the STAFF not think to report these issues or was it expected that the GUEST report such issues. The internet SUCKED!!! There was no Netflix so the only TV viewing was the "{local Channels" Considering the nightly fees to stay in this hotel I feel that the management should be dismissed & replaced with a management team that would make the guests stay in the hotel a relaxing & enjoyable one. DEFINITLY will NOT be staying in this hotel in the future!!!

To improve the internet connection and television

The room was spacious and clean! We also had a beautiful mountain view, it was amazing to wake up to it in the morning. The lamphouse is right in the heart of Canmore, close to restaurants, shopping boutiques, and more. The staff were very accommodating as well. We asked if we could leave our car after the 11 a.m. checkout, and they kindly allowed us to park until 4 p.m. Overall, a great stay!

The room is clean and tidy. Some supplies in the room were missing and had to ask the front desk. There was also a leak in the washroom floor from the toilet and shower. We called the maintenance to fix it.

The room was not cleaned during our stay, towels were not replenished as well as coffee, creamer and sugar. The safe was inoperable and not secured to the fixtures so was basically useless.

Staffs were very courteous! Here they serve amazing reakfast daily. However, room need some TLC. Some repairs here and there. Those cracks on the walls and ceiling is not very reassuring considering that Baguio has a history of earthquakes and hotels crumbling down.

Room is clean and close to a lot of ammeneties. Second time we booked this hotel and it gets better all the time.

Nice and clean hotel. Our TV was not working and staff unable to fix it.

wifi is turn off and on

almost satisfied. the only shower fastening tool has broken. apart from that, no negative experience

My main issue was it was Filipino breakfast. Not international.

Breakfast is typical for filipinos but delightful.

We were really happy with our stay. The staff were very helpful and the hotel environment was great. Would stay here again.

The room is under construction The bathroom wall was just covered in plastic. Can’t believe they rented this room
