냉방 기능이 별로라서 좀 추웠습니다

Stayed one night and was assigned room 104, which was an ice-cold, gloomy room with a view straight into a ventilation system. Since it was a connecting room, I had a neighbor who was constantly speaking loudly on the phone. I tried to raise the temperature to 23 degrees, but even after three hours the room was just as cold. I found it strange that they place guests in rooms like this when the hotel clearly has better rooms. Complained and was assigned a new room on the 6th floor, which was an upgrade since I have VIP access. This was an okay room and I had a good night’s sleep. So, 1 star for room 104 and 4 stars for room 622. The hotel has a nice location, close to the train station, shopping, and bus connections. This was the reason I chose this hotel.

Room was basic but clean and fresh

Friendly staff. Our standard double room was clean enough but in need of TLC, in particular the bathroom which had black mould, sealant and peeling paint. I’d argue the double bed was on the smaller side too.

Didn’t have breakfast

The plumbing was really noisy in the morning.

It was great, stayed here a few times now. In heavy snow outside the room was a bit cold

Lovely quiet room with amazing comfy bed.. Geeat quality breakfast with very friendly staff.. Will definitely stay again ..

Room needs modernisation

Comfortable room

Really disappointed with our stay. Was put in a room with no view, except for a roof and air vents. The TV didn’t work at all, said no signal. Air conditioning didn’t work properly during the night which made the room uncomfortably hot but started to work in the morning which was strange? The room given was an adjoining room which we could hear the people next door very clearly which made us feel uncomfortable to cough or make noise etc. i doubt the hotel was at capacity so unsure why you put people in these rooms right next to each other. No buffet breakfast as advertised and had to select from menu which was not explained when breakfast was booked at check in. I have been to this hotel in the past and it was fine, this visit was very different.

Resaltar que el personal fue muy amable. Ahora bien el estado de los baños era horrible. Suciedad, humedades,pelusas de polvo, toallas que hacían dudar de que estuvieran limpias. Una dejadez total. No lo recomiendo.

Check in and out online were both faultless. Room was clean and kept that way during our stay. Friendly staff and good selection of food for breakfast. Nice bar area for drinks, coffee and meals.

Hotel was nice particularly in lobby. I felt rooms were in need of an upgrade. Limited plugs & bed was tiny. Would t even say a full Double. No full light just 4 lamps. Wouldn’t stay again.

Great hotel but the cooked breakfast left a great deal to be desired . Warm sausages . Hard dusted potatoes and black in places . However, the service was brilliant and staff lovely .
