방이 사진과 다르게 너무 좁아요 다른 건 직원 서비스도 괜찮고 청결도 괜찮고 조식도 괜찮음 시설에 비해 방값이 성수기라 그런지 너무 비쌌어요

Lack of info at reception but we got there in the end. My room was quite dated. First night, the room was absolutely roasting but as I was facing Milburn Road, having the window open wasn’t really an option due to traffic noise/boy racers flying past. Room was filthy to be honest. Short curly hair in the sink, dust and hair down the side of the dressing table, sugar and tea stains on the table next to kettle, hair in the bed, mouldy bathroom, walls thick with dust. There was also a questionable stain on the bed however I couldn’t be 100% sure it was there on mine and my young son’s arrival but I’m 99% sure. Breakfast was good. £13 per day as my young son ate free. Cooked option, plenty cereals, yogurts and berries, cooked meats and cheese, bread for toasting and pastries. Good selection of juice as well. Swimming pool was a bit dated too. On our first visit one of the pool lights was floating on the water with electrical wires attached! Two guys popped out of the steam room and eventually fixed it. I didn’t use sauna or steam room but jacuzzi was nice and warm and the pool was okay too. Lockers require your own padlock and the ladies changing rooms are open plan.

I stayed 2 weeks and I was given a room with a fridge that didn’t work. The chair in the room was broken also, which they eventually changed of I was thankful. However, throughout my stay, the room cleaning was focused on changing towels and tidying the bed , the dust was building up in the room. However, I did throughly enjoy the leisure centre, which was lovely and the restaurant staff was lovely too.

Pillows were hard, duvet was very heavy, bar staff not interested in their customers and very rude. Apart from that the stay was good.

Lovely staff. Unfortunately the window was broken in the room with a draft & loud traffic noise getting in. Poor mattress, but otherwise clean, spacious, walkable to town, kind staff.

Room was decently maintained, window didn't shut properly and phone cable was fraye. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful

The hotel was lovely. The room was clean but cold.. the first night the radiator was not working, so the room was cold.. next day they gave us another room, which was worm, cozy and had everything we need. Food was good ( both breakfast and bar) hospitality was good.

Shocking service from everyone apart from one manager and women on breakfast rest looked like they were forced to be there the pool ladie was on her phone only said hi luckly we had been there before so we knew what to do if we didn't would have been different story we had to get moved rooms because window would not shut and when manager said to receptionist we need new room he replied with so what is the reason your deciding you need a new room so can log it on system we didn't decide the manager did for good reason they kept my food order from dominos at reception and didn't tell me said they called my room but phone never went nor did they think to take it up as well as cleaners coming into our room before we were due to leave and I was in middle of getting changed and person never said sorry or anything for opening door just closed it me and my girlfriend came for our first valentine's day together so thought be good to go back for weekend was clearly a bad mistake and will not be back

Wir waren zu viert und das Zimmer war angemessen groß. Allerdings gibt es nicht wirklich einen Platz um den Koffer offen hinzustellen. Das Frühstück ist gut und bietet ausreichend Auswahl.

Room was not clean and was cold and Noisy

Ignored by a member of staff at check-in and queue was building as he left one girl to check people in ehile he kept his head down

Room seemed to be half cleaned, next coat hanger still on mirror, sock found next to room fan, black long hair in sink, room was next to lift so woken a few times by this. Have stayed here several times as convenient to head further north. Staff have always been lovely but the rooms are a let down. The basics of ensuring the last guests items are removed shouldn’t be hard to do. Room was tired, bathroom sink taps old/stained. Toilet flusher is half way out the wall, someone has stuffed toilet paper in the hole to attempt a fix.
