Comfortable bed, nice room but toilet flush was broken

Room was very hot and so sleeping was impossible. Shower curtain was mouldy and the was mould around the grab rail over the bath. One pillow case was filthy. Room was dusty. Not worth the high rate that was paid for the room.

I would rate this hotel as three star. It is an older hotel over a mile outside Inverness. The bathroom had a shower above the bath with a curtain. There was no air-conditioning and the window didn’t close properly. There was only space for one chair in the room. There is a noisy dual carriageway outside. On the plus side, there was a fridge. Breakfast choice and quality was OK but the “restaurant” was attached to the bar. We ate there one night but the food was bar quality and nearly cold. Considering the price we paid for three nights, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for value.

Perfect for what I needed - a simple comfortable stay within a walk of the city centre. Staff were friendly, helpful and on hand. Food okay, passable for a hotel. We are used to staying in much more expensive hotels, but for the money it was clean, well located and had free parking.

Decent hotel, pool and leisure facilities were the main draw for our visit. Easy access into Inverness city centre.

Very comfy room. We had room only so didn’t eat but everything looked clean and well laid out. The reception staff weee really friendly and helpful. The pool and steam room were lovely. Loads of free parking on site and just a 5 min drive to Inverness centre. I’d recommend the hotel

Comfortable night and staff ordered a taxi for show at Eden court. Very good spread of food in morning for breakfast.

Staff were great and super helpful. The rooms need upgrades. Windows are water damaged and difficult to open. The toilet handle was loose and hard to use.

I booked this hotel for a nights stay before the half marathon. I was looking forward to having a chilled night in the spa area with hot tub etc followed by ordering food to my room for dinner. I arrived at the hotel to be greeted by a helpful and kind person at the desk but it was evident they were stressed and busy as it appeared they were very short staffed. I then made my way down the pool area which was very small and busy. Much to my dismay the hot tub was broken and off. I then showered and went back to my room to order room service in which I was told they were too busy so I’d have to come down to collect it. I attempted to phone multiple times to order food and there were no answer. This then forced me to go out in the dark in a city I didn’t know to find food from somewhere. The following morning I went down for breakfast. There were no times stated that the breakfast was on so I had to assume it would still be on at 9:30. There was no one at the desk to greet you so I had to just sit myself and get on with it. Overall a disappointing stay and I most likely will not be back sadly.

Average room in need of a deep clean. Bedding etc were clean but one of the towels we were given as clean laundry was dirty, along with multiple stains on the carpets. On the upside the health club made up for the far below average room.

Convenient location not far from city centre. Room was a great size and bed was fantastically comfy. Phenomenal shower too, super powerful. Spa and swimming pool also were really good.

Reception staff very professional and helpful; swimming pool and gym amazing; comfy and clean rooms; the only thing that let it all down was the bar staff. The girl made a face when we asked for the food menu and her whole manners weren’t professional. This spoiled our dinner really. Breakfast really great as usual.
