Staff were accommodating and nice. The rooms were clean, had everything and very good. The location is in a good spot. The restaurant food was meh but overall it was good - I would stay here again

Noisy environment..literally traffic noise can be heard in the room..front office rude & unprofessional..dirty bed covers & inspite of several complaints it took them so many reminder to chnage it..no pressure in water flow in baths rooms..so overall a medicore hotel ..only exception I can say is food ..its overall good

The Swiss hotel is great option in Freetown. Staff is amazingly helpful and courteous. Rooms are very spacious, modern and clean. There is also a restaurant at the hotel. Slightly pricey but food quality is excellent.

The hotel is nicely decorated throughout with a lovely pool/bar area. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, and I had a nice stay. For me, the mattress was not comfortable as I like a firm, supportive mattress, but for a few days, I survived. The breakfast was good and had a nice variety of food that kept me full until dinner. Thank you all for your hospitality!

Very neat and good manager with refairly responsive team, though restaurant and some front desk staff requires further training on effective communication.

I always stay at the Swiss Hotel when I stay in Freetown. I enjoy staying here and feel very happy with the service and facilities in general. However, on my last visit there seemed to be a shortage of toilet roll with my toilet roll only being replaced with one if the existing roll was nearly empty. I ran out a few times and had use the tissues and once ran out of everything and didn’t get a replacement until my third Tim of asking. I had bought some spare myself to ensure that I didn’t really run out. Such a small thing and it didn’t spoil my stay but it does seem an unnecessary issue. Otherwise, I’m still very happy with my stay and will be coming again.

Great hotel to get a feeling of safety and culture at the same time

One of the better places in Freetown. Staff are lovely but not the best. I cant blame them for this as conditions in Sierra Leone have been difficult for 30 years and education is not easy. The owner and manager are very nice and help as much as they can. You must have some understanding when travelling to countries that arent famous tourist resorts. Be tolerant with the staff.

Hotel bom precisando investir em manutenção . O banheiro escuro com box cilíndrico quebrado inundando água por tudo. Hôtel não possui secador de cabelo. Fornece apenas uma toalha para duas pessoas. O hotel fica muito longe do centro. Café da manhã bom faltando queijo, presunto e frutas como banana e laranja. Peço em torno de 100 dólares.

Nice rooms, very clean, but fairly typical for Sierra Leone (IYKYK). After being up country, nice to have hot water and other amenities. The food was very good also. There's a lot of street noise, but it can be minimized by closing any windows and using the AC.

The apartment was not as listed with very few amenities. There is no pool view from the apartments and they are very noisey. The tv in the unit was old with poor quality and sound the dishes were dirty and scattered in the cabinets. Room service was mediocre and very pricey for the quality. The pool was cold and full of debris and across a busy back alley from the apartments. Much needs to change here in comparison to other places I’ve stayed in the area.

I had a wonderful stay at the Swiss Hotel. The hotel is clean and well appointed. The staff is friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The pool and outdoor terrace is a definte bonus after a long day. With constant water, electricity, good wifi, great food and clean rooms, the hotel is above the standard in Freetown. I will definitely plan on staying again.

It’s was a very cozy hotel, great location. The stuff was very friendly and professional. The manager Sadio was fantastic and very knowledgeable.

This place feels like home to me ! Love it!
