를레 & 샤토 헤리티지 마드리드

첫날에 당초 예약한 패밀리 룸이 배정되지 않고 떨어져 있는 방 2개를 배정하여 항의하였는데 ,다음날 시정되었음. 전반적으로 좋았는데, 직원들은 패밀리 룸이 배정되지 않은 사실에 대하여 마치 우리가 원해서 떨어져 있는 방 2개를 배정한 것처럼 예약기관인 호텔스닷컴에 변명하였다고 들으니, 어이가 없었음. 방 배정 후 다시 내려가 항의하였는데, 밤이 늦어 다음날 바꾸어 주겠다고 하면서 무마하였음

We had the most wonderful stay at The Relais & Châteaux Heritage in Madrid! The hotels is simply gorgeous, our the rooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable with every possible detail thought of. It is in a fantastic location, and the breakfast was delicious! Most importantly the staff was exceptional! Juan, Celeste, and Elsa were all so helpful and accommodating, and Olga at breakfast was the absolute sweetest! We are looking forward to our next stay, and highly recommend this beautiful gem to anyone wanting a luxurious stay while visiting Madrid!

I didn’t like that the bathroom didn’t have a door , only the separate toilet . Not very nice when you are staying with a friend no privacy . Also supposedly the roof terrace closes at 11 pm , the times it was closed when we tried to access and it it was stil 10pm , our room was very dark . Didn’t eat at the hotel . Only ordered room service - club sandwich once it was ok not great . Staff were friendly .

Excellent small luxury hotel. Very friendly staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Beautiful rooms are elegantly decorated and comfortable. Great location close to great shopping and dining options.

Nice hotel, very friendly staff. Rooms are however in desperate need of a remodel, wallpaper peeling off wall, broken desk, wood falling off ceiling / visible water damage. A bit surprising for a R&C. They also need to clean under the bed pad, I found broken glass.

This is a boutique hotel in an excellent location of the Barrio Salamanca of Madrid. The hotel is quiet, luxurious and spotless. The moment we arrived we felt at home, personal touch everywhere and with everyone. Breakfast is outstanding. Concierge was able to get us every reservation we requested. We are specially grateful to Alvaro in the front desk and Adria, multi task gentleman who helped on everything.

Kind staff, but too much and not authentic. As soon as we’d walk in they would scramble to all get up and greet us - really not necessary and seemed forced. Clean, but plumbing issues - water drainage in bathroom sink and shower/tub were inadequate. Bathroom was separated and had door. No fan, with the door closed it gets very hot in there. Temperature control in room was not working well. Air conditioner was blasting throughout the night (facing the bed directly) and if would change the temp by .5 degrees, would shut off and be hot. There was no sensor or automatic function, No turn down service; for the price being charged this should be a must.
