This hotel is the best place to enjoy the Matterhorn. It's the best hotel to take pictures by going to the photo spot while watching the ever-changing Matterhorn. The kindness of the staff is also the best. It takes time to walk, so if you have luggage, use the shuttle service (10 Fr) and it's downhill after check out and the way back, so it's enough to walk. I was so happy to take a great Matterhorn picture

마테호른이 바로 보이는 너무 멋진 숙소였습니다. 직원은 매우 친절했고, 숙소의 공간은 여유로웠으며, 모든 시설이 깨끗했습니다. 오직 한가지 단점은 기차역에서 조금 거리가 있지만, 도보로도 충분히 이동할 수 있는 거리입니다.

객실은 매우 깨끗하고 안락했습니다. 욕실엔 욕조가 있어서 여행으로 고단한 몸을 풀기 좋았고요. 발코니를 열면 바로 앞에 마테호른이 보이는 방이어서 정말 좋았습니다. 내내 문 열고 창 밖을 바라 봤네요. 체르마트 역에서 호텔까지 무료 픽업 서비스가 있어서 태쉬 역에서 출발 전 전화 한통화만 하면 역으로 와주십다. 직원분들이 매우 다정하고 친절했습니다. 다시 체르마트에 가도 알바트로스에 숙박할 예정입니다.

Very kind staff and overall service level is pretty high compared to other 5 stars. I like to recommand this hotel.

체르마트 역에서 걸어서 15분정도 걸림. 무료픽업이있어서 괜찮았다. 전체적으로 아주 마음에 드는호텔. 다음에 체르마트에오면 여기로 올것.

The room was great. Needs an uplift. Just staff not to helpful when looking at restaurant suggestions as most were booked. Also d8d not explain how go get to see the Matterhorn by train. Very lucky we found a bell boy of the Rifflealp hotel at the station that explained everything. When its tge first time people go to Zermatt , you should offer more info.

This was a really nice place! The best thing I can say is I absolutely would stay here again if I come back to Zermatt.

This hotel was amazing! Our room was beautiful and clean, and the view from our balcony was incredible. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. The bar was very cozy.

Spectacular views

Quarto limpo e equipe de funcionarios atenciosos. Pontos negativos é que reservamos cama de casal e eram duas de solteiros lado a lado e o café da manhã era ok.

Impressive views, hotel staff wonderful, buffet style breakfast had many choices. The hotel is smaller in size but has a cozy, warm atmosphere and it is a beautifully maintained property. The Matterhorn is a mystery. Never the same view twice. Stunning views. Truly a memorable stay.♥️

La habitacion que me toco no tenia vista a la montaña, pero desde el pueblo se ve muy bien

After the staff picked us up at the train station. She told us we can check in earlier since the room ready. We felt so happy however we found the lock of balcony wasn’t work and tell the staff come and check , she told me will fix but after we come back a few hours in the afternoon we found still not fix and we ask either change same level of room. A while she told me only have a smaller room to downgrade us. I told her if downgrade she should give us the room difference. And she said she will talk to her boss and refund the difference when we check out. On the next day I spoke the with other lady and she told us her boss don’t agree to refund any difference. Then make me very upset. I told her if she don’t refund the difference I will call my credit card company to diisbill the difference. Then she agree to discuss to her boss again. After 1 hour we come back she agree to deduce our pick up cost CHF10x2 plus give us CHF10 cash, but I don’t accept this offer since when I booked the difference per night I’d CHF23-24, which total difference should be CHF 46-48, later on she agree to deduce our pick our cost CHF20 plus give us CHF20 cash then I deal with her, but I still feel unhappy had this issue.and want to share this to others.

Very clean and beautiful.. Staff super friendly. Beautiful view of the Matterhorn. Love the connected balcony for adult leisure.

Catrin was awesome. Picked us up from the train station, checked us in, gave us a tour of the hotel and made a great dinner recommendation.
