This property is strategically situated in the heart of the old town. It is a few steps away from the famous bridge and landmarks.
It is safe and the instructions upon self check-in were clear.
We experienced a problem upon our arrival, but it was immediately handled by the hotel staff that was available by email and through the app. His correspondence was quite respectful and understanding of the situation. He even acknowledged the oversight.
We appreciated the opportunity of leaving our luggages in the restaurant , at noon, that was at the first floor before check-in.
The room was small, but it was quite expected, considering that it was situated within old buildings. We were able to have a couple of good nights rest throughout our stay.
The hotel is surrounded by a number of restaurants, boutiques, and convenience stores. There is even an Aldi close by.
The area was quiet at night and we were able to keep our windows open for fresh cool air breeze.

The room was so small that I had no enough space to arrange my luggage in the hotel. I had difficulty carrying my luggage as there was no lift on the ground floor. The room was really close to the roof so it was too hot inside. The hotel's location was quite far from the station. But the hotel owners were kind.

The hotel was just ok. Annoying to navigate around the low beams. The room was extremely hot in the summer. If I was staying more than one night I probably would have left and found something else.

滞在時、大変暑い日でしたが扇風機が置かれていて、助かりました。しかし、場所が少し分かりづらく、レストランを捜しつつ、もしや、ここと気づいた所には、うどんと書かれていました。現地払いにしていたので、チェックインの際、支払いが出来なかったので不安になり、問い合わせしましたら、支払い完了してますとのお返事いただいてホッとしました。

The room was super dirty, there was a spider. The locker didnt work and water is flowing out through the shower gate due a gap in between.

It was well located near the main riverside area. We enjoyed our stay here. Only problem was that our table fan was making a bit of noise but that wasn’t a big deal and nothing to do with the property itself. We can recommend this stay.

The room is conveniently located to the old town area. You are a short walk from the river. You’re not overlooking the river despite what the pictures represent. Our room was a good size and had been updated. It was relatively clean. I would consider staying there again. The self check in was relatively easy. You will not be allowed to check in early but can leave bags downstairs with the restaurant. The French pastry restaurant on the square directly across from the hotel is great.

The hotel location was ideal for the two nights we stayed. However the room itself felt dirty. Each night we returned we were welcomed with a strong warm odor. Bed was a bit stiff.
Overall a decent value room for passing through. Would not prefer staying more than 1/2 nights.

We did not feel like the room we got looked like the pictures on the listing. I would say our room was just not represented in the posted pictures. The room was pretty dirty upon arrival. Sheets were clean but the walls, shower, and floors were pretty filthy. The room was small but we expected that. The bathroom walls were fogged glass, which was strange. The bed was also not very comfortable.
Overall it was okay for the 2 nights that we stayed there but I wouldn’t recommend for anything longer and probably would not consider staying here again.

My main concern was to make sure that I was located in the central location in Lucerne. This location fit that bill absolutely perfectly. There are no particular great amenities to this facility other than being very clean, comfortable beds and a great shower. I had no intention of spending significant time in the hotel itself or in the room so this was great. It’s very centrally located and everything you need is just a few steps away. There’s a great little breakfast place just outside the front door. The elevator is unconventional, but if you can climb a couple of flights of stairs, it’s not an issue. It’s very useful for hauling your luggage up and down but two ponderous for anything else. If you’re planning to spend a lot of time in the hotel room, this isn’t the place for you but if you intend to be getting out and about in this wonderful city, it’s excellent.

Nice little hotel - well located near the train station and the old town Centre. Small hotel with comfortable rooms and comfortable beds. The only negative is that it is old.- probably built in the 1960s/70s and have never been updated. But extremely well maintained. other than that quite comfortable and good value for money. I would recommend.anyone to stay here.

The good thing I can say is the location is great! After that, things go down hill. You have to climb a precarious set of stairs with your luggage before getting to an elevator. The safe did not work. There was no air conditioning and even though temperatures moderated while we were there we had to sleep with the windows open. It is on a busy and noisy square with deliveries to businesses in the early morning making lots of racket. I also think the initial photo showing what appears to be the Lucerne performing arts center with a fountain is misleading and has nothing to do with the property.

No es un hotel, es practicamente un hostal con los servicios minimos. Las fotos no coinciden con el interior y mala limpieza. Habitacion muy pequena, salvo por la ubicacion no lo recomiendo.
