Perfect location, easy to find, and seld check-in/check-out was a breeze. Had to reach out to management for a request and they were quick with their reply and solutions. It was a great experience!

This property is strategically situated in the heart of the old town. It is a few steps away from the famous bridge and landmarks.
It is safe and the instructions upon self check-in were clear.
We experienced a problem upon our arrival, but it was immediately handled by the hotel staff that was available by email and through the app. His correspondence was quite respectful and understanding of the situation. He even acknowledged the oversight.
We appreciated the opportunity of leaving our luggages in the restaurant , at noon, that was at the first floor before check-in.
The room was small, but it was quite expected, considering that it was situated within old buildings. We were able to have a couple of good nights rest throughout our stay.
The hotel is surrounded by a number of restaurants, boutiques, and convenience stores. There is even an Aldi close by.
The area was quiet at night and we were able to keep our windows open for fresh cool air breeze.

場所は最高。
ただ、日本の2階まではエレベータがないので、スーツケースを持っての移動は大変。
7月初旬の訪問でかなりの暑さで窓を開けて寝ていたが、隣の教会が1時間おきに鐘がなるので、熟睡はできない。
施設は古いが、かなりのメンテナンスで清潔感はある。

Posizione eccellente in pieno centro storico; servizio di self check-in semplice veloce; custodia bagagli utile. Camera essenziale ma dotata di tutto, peccato l'affaccio sul retro asfittico e poco luminoso, che andrebbe specificato rispetto alle camere con affaccio sul fronte.

Der Check In hat reibungslos funktioniert, das Hotel ist sehr zentral in der Altstadt gelegen.
Lediglich das Zimmer im Dachgeschoss war sehr warm im Sommer und der kleine Ventilator hat sich schwer damit getan gegen die Hitze anzukämpfen. Des Weiteren war der Aufzug äußerst langsam und man musste den Knopf gedrückt halten.
Ansonsten ein okayes Hotel

The hotel is self check in so I had no interaction with the staff during my stay, but this was fine with me. My room was on the top floor and while there was a lift, it was unusual and very slow, so used the stairs mostly. My room was in the roof, which I knew before hand, but I did not appreciate how low the ceiling was and I kept banging my head! The room was also very warm and there was no air con. Overall the room was adequate for 2 nights. I liked the hotel, but my particular room could have been better. If going to Luzern again I would maybe stay here again as its very central and good value for Switzerland.

This place IS NOT SAFE. We could walk in to our room from the street with no key. The doors can not look, the key card system is just for show. We hade to build a barrier during the night in order to sleep. Very unsafe. Stay away if you value your saftey.We have tried to contact the hotel serveral times. No response.

No AC at all. Only offered fans. The room had to have been 37 degrees Celsius. It was HORRIBLE. The hallway was colder than the rooms. In addition, our room had NO view. You opened the window to a wall and could look at another roof that was filled with trash. Overall HORRIBLE experience. Do NOT use your money to book here.

The hotel is in a great location and is convenient for exploring the area. However, the listing is misleading and does not accurately reflect the property or its amenities.
Several amenities did not work properly during our stay. The refrigerator barely cooled, and the coffee maker was not functioning. Since there is no on-site staff available, it was difficult to get assistance or resolve these issues.
The photos on the booking platform also make the property appear nicer than it actually is. In our experience, they were not an accurate representation of the room or the overall condition of the hotel.
The location is definitely the strongest feature, but I believe the listing should provide a more realistic description and updated photos so guests know what to expect.

The hotel is a short bus ride from the train and bus stations as well as historic Bern & there is a bus stop 2 minutes from the front door, so it was very conveniently located for us. The room was a decent size for the pricepoint but the bathroom was pretty small. The beds were very very firm and only 1 pillow per bed. The room seemed clean. All staff were super friendly and helpful. We were using public transportation so I don't know if there is parking. We found the breakfast to be very good for our needs. 2 points which I found to be drawbacks, we arrived about 16:30 and had to use their self check in which was a long tedious process (about 15 minutes). Additionally there is no air-conditioning, which I understand is typical for Switzerland. Unfortunately we were there for 4 nights during a heatwave. The hotel provided a fan which was helpful but we opened the window to help cool down the room and that resulted in a LOT of street noise, making it difficult to sleep.

The hotel was just ok. Annoying to navigate around the low beams. The room was extremely hot in the summer. If I was staying more than one night I probably would have left and found something else.

滞在時、大変暑い日でしたが扇風機が置かれていて、助かりました。しかし、場所が少し分かりづらく、レストランを捜しつつ、もしや、ここと気づいた所には、うどんと書かれていました。現地払いにしていたので、チェックインの際、支払いが出来なかったので不安になり、問い合わせしましたら、支払い完了してますとのお返事いただいてホッとしました。

It was well located near the main riverside area. We enjoyed our stay here. Only problem was that our table fan was making a bit of noise but that wasn’t a big deal and nothing to do with the property itself. We can recommend this stay.
