Really comfortable beds, close to train station with a general shop 2 mins away. Perfect location to walk to all the lovely dinner options and beautiful walks over the old bridges.

Overall nice and comfortable place to stay. The only thing i don’t like is there’s no elevator from ground floor, we need to bring our big luggages through the stairs going to the first floor, that’s where the elevator starts.

Room was compact but cozy. Everything was clean except coffee maker. Beds are firm and marshmallow pillows. Bathroom was great. Water pressure was so good. Location was convenient.

While hotel location was good that was about the only decent thing: the wifi was completely unusable, the beds hard, and the type of elevator they had (which was more for wheelchairs and not a typical elevator) was difficult to use and was unavailable the one time we actually would have wanted to use it. The self check in was also confusing and frustrating.

La chambre est très bien; le problème est que la zone est piétonne et que l'on ne peut pas se gare, et que l'hôtel est très difficile à trouver.
De plus, le digicode était en panne le soir de notre arrivée, ce qui a rajouté du stress

The hotel is in a convenient Old Town location. Self check-in was easy, but it was hard to reach the staff. I reported a clogged shower drain several times; someone eventually came, but the issue wasn’t fixed. It was frustrating trying to get help.

Sorry but the room above us was noisy like 2am to 5am thumping and moving furniture around 2 nights in a row. Shower drain was plugged which caused it to over flow. Internet was off and on all 3 days we stayed very frustrating. Would stay next door at the Kobi apartments longer if I had to do it again

Das Licht hat nur sehr schwach geleuchtet und an ein Bett war der Lattenrost mit Schnüren geflickt. War wir hatten es erst am nächsten Morgen bemerkte, als wir schlecht geschlafen hatten

You are greeted by a restaurant employee where we left our bags basically next to the kitchen. There is a self check in to verify your info, in front of steps and climb up to first floor where our room was situated. The room is basic hostel minimal look but super clean and comfortable beds. It was a good value for the money as the location was perfectly situated in the old town area.

The area and rooms are great here! It is in the heart of Luzern and in a pretty square of the town. My only complaint is that the “luggage storage” option is just to leave your bags in the restaurant downstairs which we were not comfortable doing. Other than that this hotel is great!
