A specially curated event line-up exclusively for the AIA Carnival. Live music performances, interactive shows, and immersive experiences that you'll need to keep an eye out for as tickets for these hot properties will be very limited.

FOOD & BEVERAGE

There will be many snack, meal, and light refreshment options available to fuel you for the big day ahead. Plus, all the fan favourites like fairy floss and popcorn!

CENTRE STAGE

Performance art, interactive sporting events, live music, and local community acts all have a home at the AIA Carnival. The line-up will inspire you as you share these once-in-a-lifetime performances with the artists and their family, and your new friends.

1. WHY DO TICKET PRICES CHANGE DEPENDING ON THE DAY?

This year, we have introduced flexible pricing with varying ticket prices for off-peak, standard, and peak days, making the AIA Carnival more affordable for everyone to join in on the fun.

2. WHAT DOES OFF-PEAK, STANDARD, AND PEAK DAY MEAN?

Standard days are our regular carnival days, whereas off-peak days are specially selected days where you can come along to the AIA Carnival for a more affordable price. On public holidays and special celebration days, like Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, or Chinese New Year, we will be ramping up our activations to bring even more excitement to the festivities. These are our peak days - expect the fun to be bursting at the seams!

3. WHAT ARE BLACKOUT DAYS?

There are a couple days when we will be closed to the public for private events. But don’t worry. The AIA Carnival will reopen to the public again the next day.

4. IF I BOUGHT MY TICKET ONLINE, HOW DO I ACCESS THE CARNIVAL?

Once you have completed a ticket purchase transaction, your ticket will be emailed to your nominated email address. Present this ticket at the carnival entrance on the date printed on your ticket to enter the AIA Carnival.

5. IF I BOUGHT MY TICKET IN ADVANCE FOR A SPECIFIC DAY, CAN I CHANGE THE DATE OF MY TICKET IF MY PLANS CHANGE?

Yes, of course. We know things come up, so we have introduced a ticket exchange policy. For a small admin fee, you can email help@zicket.co with your order number and your preferred date. Assuming the AIA Carnival is open to the public on that day, and you pay any difference in ticket price for the preferred day, you’ll be sent an updated ticket. 6. WHAT ARE TOKENS AND WHY DO I NEED THEM?

Tokens are carnival currency. Once you enter the world of the AIA Carnival, tokens make it easy for you to play games. You can also use them to buy food and drinks on site.

7. IF I RUN OUT OF TOKENS, CAN I BUY MORE AT THE CARNIVAL?

Yes. We have token booths in many locations throughout the carnival. So, if you are having too much fun and want to keep the excitement going, you can buy more tokens to keep playing more games.

8. WHERE CAN I FIND DETAILS OF WHAT RIDES, GAMES, ATTRACTIONS, AND FOOD & BEVERAGE WILL BE AT THE CARNIVAL?

To keep you on your toes and keep the excitement going throughout the carnival season, we will be constantly adding new things to do and see. 9. HOW DO I GET TO THE CARNIVAL SITE?

The AIA Carnival is located at the Central Harbour Front, next to the Hong Kong Observation Wheel and Central Ferry Pier 10. Conveniently positioned to be within minutes of multiple forms of transport from all corners of Hong Kong and beyond. Stay tuned for website updates where we will share details on how to get here.

10. IS THERE PARKING AT THE CARNIVAL?

There is no parking on-site at the Central Harbour Front. However, there are a few car parks just a few minutes’ walk away. Stay tuned for website updates where we will share details on how to get here.

11. IS THE CARNIVAL EASILY ACCESSIBLE BY WHEELCHAIRS?

Yes. The AIA Carnival is situated on a flat surface so it will be easy for people with special requirements to get around. However, there will be some rides and attractions that may not be suitable for everyone. If you need assistance, please ask any of our friendly carnival staff to lend you a helping hand.

12. ARE PETS ALLOWED AT THE AIA CARNIVAL?

Unfortunately, you will need to leave your pets at home. Although, guide dogs and other service animals will be allowed in.

13. WHAT FOOD IS AVAILABLE?

There will be a wide range of food and beverage options available at the AIA Carnival. Plus, there will be new vendors announced throughout the season. Stay tuned for more information coming soon.

14. HOW MANY TOKENS ARE NEEDED FOR RIDES?

Tokens required for each ride vary from ride to ride, although most rides range from 4 to 7 tokens.

15. HOW MANY TOKENS ARE NEEDED FOR GAMES?

Tokens required for each game vary from game to game, although games start from 2 tokens.
