This activity will begin with a 2 hour herbal class on the use of herbs and spices with reference to local wisdom and knowledge as the natural secret of body fitness as well as natural beauty from within. There are 3 ingredients that we will make together in the form of herbal drinks (Jamu), body scrubs and Balinese Boreh as body masks.
