・A surcharge of €15 - 20/hr applies to overtime service of exceeding the grace period of 45 mins, fees (subject to change) to be paid on-site directly to the driver

[Airport Drop-Off]
・Service Hours: 24 hrs
・Meeting Point: hotel lobby or outside your hotel (depending on hotel regulations)
・Meeting Time: please provide your preferred pick-up time in the "Note" section when booking (it is recommended to reserve 3.5 - 4 hrs to avoid traffic congestions)
・The driver will be waiting at the lobby of your hotel or outside your hotel (depending on hotel regulations)
・Grace Period: the driver will be waiting for up to 20 mins upon the designated pick-up time
・A surcharge applies to overtime service of exceeding the grace period of 20 mins, fees (subject to change) to be paid on-site directly to the driver
* In the event of strikes, road maintenance, traffic congestion, or other force majeure resulting in missing traveler's flight, refunds will not be granted, please consider before booking

・Luggage Capacity: 1 piece of luggage (length, width, and depth may not add up to more than 158 cm) and 1 piece of carry-on bag that doesn't occupy a seat (e.g. laptop, small-sized bag) for each traveler
* Driver reserves the right to decline service to travelers who exceed maximum luggage capacity, travelers will be required to pay additional fees for extra car services
