・Operating Hours: 10:00am - 10:00pm

[JR West Kansai Area Pass]
・Eligibility:
- Non-Japanese passport holders
- Travelers with a tourist visa
- Travelers entering Japan under the entry status of ‘Temporary Visitor’ (dual nationality holders must have proof of overseas permanent residency)

・Redemption Period: within 3 months after date of issue
・Validity: valid for 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 consecutive days after the first day of use
・From March 26, 2019, travelers may reserve basic fare tickets, Limited Express tickets, and JR-WEST RAIL PASS online in advance. Reserved tickets may be collected at JR ticket office and ticket machines marked with '5489' throughout west Japan. [Nijigen No Mori Admission Ticket and Highway Bus Ticket]
・Please select your visit date when booking
・Please note e-voucher can only redeem the printed ticket all at once in a single order. Please place the different order if you like to redeem the tickets separately.
・ If the designated bus is at capacity, it is suggested to take another bus or non-reserve seats bus
・Ticket valid within 2 days after first use (from the date of visit)
・In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen conditions that lead to delay of bus or suspensions of facilities, a refund will not be granted
・Surcharge will apply for taking a non-designated highway bus route
・Please note that vehicle type may not use Naruto themed bus due to the arrangement

・Please note that only passes departing within 3 months are available for booking
・Please ensure that information provided is correct, additional surcharge applies for any adjustments made after booking confirmation
・A passport with an IC chip is required for pass exchange at ticket machine. For travelers with passports without IC chips, please proceed to JR Ticket office for JR Pass exchange


－How To Redeem Your Voucher－

[Nijigen No Mori Admission Ticket and Highway Bus Ticket]
・Please present QR code on the ticket to the designated counter (JR Highway Bus Osaka Terminal ro Osaka City Air Terminal) and notify the date you would like to take the highway bus in exchange of printed ticket. You will also receive the admission ticket and round-trip designated bus ticket.

[JR West Kansai Area Pass]
・Bring your e-MCO voucher and passport for ticket exchange at JR Pass ticket machine, please redeem your voucher within 3 months after date of issue
