Hokkaido Rail Pass for 5, 7, and 10 Days

Valid for 5, 7 or 10 days from the designated usage day. Applicable to all JR Hokkaido Lines (excluding Hokkaido Shinkansen)
Reserved and non-reserved seats in an ordinary car of limited express trains on JR Hokkaido Line
Reserved and non-reserved seats of special rapid and rapid trains on JR Hokkaido Line
Local trains on JR Hokkaido Line
Reserved and non-reserved seats of temporary trains (limited express/rapid/local) on JR Hokkaido Line (If you wish to take the SL Fuyu-no-Shitsugen Train, please purchase a reserved seat ticket)
The rail pass can be used for some JR Hokkaido buses. Please see here for details
The rail pass cannot be used for the Hokkaido Shinkansen, the South Hokkaido Railway, the streetcar and the subway

Sapporo-Noboribetsu Area 4-Day Pass

Valid for 4 consecutive days and applicable to trains to New Chitose Airport (CTS), Sapporo, Otaru and Noboribetsu
You can take a non-reserved seat on the limited express, rapid and local trains in the valid area.
To take a reserved seat, please apply manually at a station counter. (There might be some restrictions on reserved seats on certain trains. Even if there are empty seats, a reserved seat is not guaranteed). Non-reserved sets are only available for JR Pass
If you get off outside of the valid area, you must pay the normal basic fare and charge for the additional section
The rail pass cannot be used for JR Hokkaido Bus, the streetcar and the subway in Sapporo

Sapporo-Furano Area 4-Day Pass

Valid for 4 consecutive days and applicable to trains to New Chitose Airport (CTS), Sapporo, Otaru, Furano, Biei and Asahikawa
You can take a non-reserved seat on the limited express, rapid and local trains in the valid area
To take a reserved seat, please apply manually at a station counter. (There might be some restrictions on reserved seats on certain trains. Even if there are empty seats, a reserved seat is not guaranteed). Non-reserved sets are only available for JR Pass
If you get off outside of the valid area, you must pay the standard fare and charge for the additional section
The rail pass cannot be used for JR Hokkaido Bus, the streetcar and the subway in Sapporo

Please note that redemption location info is subject to change, please see the official website for more details. 
eMCOs of "Sapporo-Furano Area 4-Day Pass" and "Sapporo-Noboribetsu Area 4-Day Pass" purchased before 30 September 2023 at previous pricing can still access non-reserved seats. If the eMCO is purchased after 1 October 2024 at the new price, it will have access to reserved seats.
Please carry your passport at all times for identity verification.
If trains are delayed/suspended, requests to extend the pass validity or to refund will not be accepted once the pass is in use. Under these circumstances, we are not liable for any costs incurred from a change of itinerary (transport, accommodation, etc.).
This pass cannot be exchanged for other types of passes or regular train tickets. Once it's redeemed, the start date and validity period cannot be changed.
To cancel or make changes after the e-voucher has been exchanged for the physical pass, please visit the green counter in stations and pay 10% processing fees.
This product is registered under the customer's real name so passport verification is required upon redemption. Redemption by anyone else will be rejected and the ticket is non-transferrable.
