Taiwan High Speed Rail

Please use a physical ticket or mobile electronic ticket to enter the high-speed rail station.

High-speed rail holiday tickets are special tickets, and there are regulations for the departure and destination stations of the ticket. For example: choose Taipei Station to depart, stay in a Kaohsiung hotel, the outbound ticket is from Taipei to Zuoying, and the return ticket is from Zuoying to Taipei. No refunds will be given if you get off the bus midway. When passing the station, you need to make up the difference according to the official high-speed rail fare.

Due to administrative working hours, the cancellation policy will be based on the text description below on Traveloka. Order cancellation applications will only be accepted between 08:30 and 16:00 daily. Applications submitted after the time will be deemed to be postponed for one day.

Cancellation made within 4 to 7 days of the selected date will incur a 30% handling fee
