【Folding Bicycle Regulations】

Bicycles must be packed in a bike bag (disassembly is recommended before packing).

Folding bicycles do not require a ticket; non-folding bicycles (frames that cannot be folded, e.g., road bikes) require a half-price ticket.

Each bus can accommodate approximately 1-2 bicycles (depending on the vehicle model).

It is recommended to call the Kenting Express Joint Operation Center at +886-7-235-9847 before boarding.

【Pet Regulations】

Passengers traveling with pets (dogs, cats, pet birds, etc.) must keep them in a cage placed under the seat. If the cage occupies another seat, a half-price ticket must be purchased.

Guide dogs or puppies being trained by professional trainers are exempt from these restrictions and do not require a ticket.

- For those heading to Sichongxi for hot springs, get off at Checheng and wait for the low-carbon tourist vehicle at the Checheng ticket station across the road.
- NMMBA Transfer Station: Passengers heading south can transfer here to the Kenting Shuttle Bus to reach the NMMBA.
- Hengchun Transfer Station: A key transfer hub on the Hengchun Peninsula, where you can transfer to the Kenting Shuttle Bus or Taiwan Tourist Shuttle.

The redemption date for the Kenting Express round-trip ticket is the departure date for the 【Kaohsiung - Kenting】 leg. The return 【Kenting - Kaohsiung】 ticket will be set for a date within seven days of the departure.

Children under 6 years old are free of charge if they do not occupy a seat. If a seat is required, a half-price ticket must be purchased. Children 12 years and older must purchase a full-price ticket.

Concession tickets (please purchase on-site at the ticket counter) are applicable to: people with disabilities and one companion, infants aged 0-5 occupying a seat, children aged 6-11, and seniors aged 65 and over.
