Smoking, drinking, playing mahjong, bringing pets, and cooking food are strictly prohibited indoors.

The access control time of the park is 22:00 - 07:00 (if there are special circumstances, this will be discussed separately), please be sure to cooperate.

Please bring your own slippers and toiletries for accommodation and camping (shampoo and shower gel are provided in the park bathroom). Disposable supplies are "no longer provided" in the room.

Mahjong playing, mobile karaoke, karaoke microphones and other equipment are completely prohibited in the camping area.

Please do not bring dangerous goods, explosives, or any declared controlled drugs into the park.

In the restricted barbecue and camping sites in the area, you can cook and light a fire. A barbecue grill is required in the grassland area. Please do not light a fire directly on the grass.

The parking lot in the park only provides parking spaces. Please keep your valuables by yourself. We will not be responsible for any custody.

Parents are required to accompany children at all times when visiting the park to protect their safety.

Facilities in the park are suspended or canceled due to weather conditions, scheduled maintenance, natural disasters, power outages or other force majeure factors. On-site announcements will be made. Please forgive us.

The opening hours of various shops and facilities in the manor are subject to on-site announcements.

The manor provides barbecue group booking services. Please make a reservation on the official website at least three days before departure.

If there are not enough people in the park on that day, breakfast will be provided with a personal Western breakfast. Please be informed.

In order to protect the grassland, all vehicles are not allowed to enter the grassland, and violators must compensate for losses.

Room facilities include: Free WiFi, TV, refrigerator (refrigeration only), mineral water, electric kettle, shampoo, shower gel, towels, bath towels, and a hair dryer.

It is prohibited to use electrical appliances that are not provided in guest rooms to avoid danger.

Surcharge(s)

Please check out before 11am. If you are late, you will be charged NT $1,000 per hour. If the time is less than 1 hour, it will be counted as 1 hour. Please pay it to the on-site staff.

Quadruple Room can accommodate an extra bed (mattress) or baby cot. The extra bed fee is NT$500, while baby cots are provided free of charge. Please pay to the staff on site. Quadruple Room can only accommodate one extra bed or one baby cot.
