If you need to cancel the HSR ticket, please submit a cancellation application in the HSR ticket order. The cancellation will then follow the HSR cancellation regulations and policies
To cancel the entire order including the main tour and the added HSR ticket, please cancel the HSR ticket order first according to the above, and then contact Traveloka customer service to apply for the main tour order cancellation.
After the main tour order is canceled, you are not eligible for the HSR discount ticket.
Main tour order cancellation policy
- Free cancellation is available for cancellations made 15 days or more before the selected date, provided the ticket is unused.
- Cancellations made between 0 to 14 days before the selected date are not possible. No order changes or refunds will be granted.
