If you are not dressed appropriately for Wat Pho or Wat Arun, you may need to to rent or purchase suitable clothing outside the temple complex.

Shoes must be removed before entering temple areas, so consider wearing footwear that is easy to slip on and off.

Bringing a sarong or scarf is also a good idea to use as a cover-up if needed.
