Sehr freundliches hilfreiches Personal, Frühstück sehr gut, Zimmer und Bad sehr sauber und durch Fahrstuhl schnell zu ereichen. Immer wieder gerne.

Gelangweilter Angestellter am Morgen etwas besser. Zimmer okay, aber relativ alt. Frühstück eine Zumutung: Nur 3 Joghurt und Saft, Galettwn vom Nachbartisch, keine einladende Frühstücksatmosphäre für über 40$.

I stayed one week at the Roza hotel and found it very convenient. It is in the centre of Dar ek beida in front of the train station you can see the trains from the hotel windows its literally 1 minute walk. As Dar el beida is a small town restaurant, cafés, bakerys, clothes shops, post office, stadium all are walking distance there is no need for a car or transport. In regards to cleanliness there is daily room cleaning and replacing stuff needed such as towels beddings and bottle of water. I praise the 4th floor maid who was amazing attending to my needs. Thank you. Satff (Farid,Hakim, Massi and Ramdane )were amazing very helpful, polite and looked very professional in their behaviour, clothing and greetings. If you need something just ask them don't be afraid they will be there to help. I had a double bed for a single person which was very confortable and clean. The room also was very clean including toilet and shower as it alao have TV and small fridge . Its a small hotel with 4 floors only it has a small lift. Free breakfast the old man Ramadane prepares a tray for every guest which includes croissants, petit pain, butter, jam, cheese triangle, yougort, orange juice, biscuits and coffee of your choice. I loved the proximity of the mosque as i go to pray early morning and come back for my ready breakfast and no guest around because everyone asleep at that time. Its very quiet cul de sac hotel. It is cheaper than the surrounding hotels i will definitely go back.

Le service est médiocre. Manque de confort (litterie vetuste) Manque de débit d'eau chaude. Débit de WiFi très médiocre. Sol poussiéreux. Manque de courtoisie de la part du personnel, notamment au cafétéria.

El personal fue amable, llegamos de madrugada y a esa hora había alguien esperándonos, todo un detalle. El hotel en general aceptable.

It was terrible. It was against their laws to allow my fiancé and I stay tog in the same room. We left upset after few hours of discussing it. My fiancé went to the police to see if they would help. We stayed there talking for an hour. They didn't help. Then we went to the airport. I planned on sleeping there for the night. Least I was with my fiancé. Couple hours later hotel called said another room was available for him. We went back. But my fiancé didn't have enough money with him for the room. We left upset again. It was getting very late. I was tired. My flight was the next morning. And I want my money back for a horrible last night with my fiancé. Ty very much for your disservice. Just cuz we are not married yet.

L'accueil n'est pas très souriant et les réservations ne sont pas bien suivies. Ne pas faire confiance pour un réveil téléphonique.... Les salles de bains sont très très petites, les chambres manquent de lumière. Rapport qualité/prix pas terrible.

L'hotel est très moyen en rapport qualité/prix.. Le personnel pas toujours très sérieux dans les réservations et oublie ou se trompe de chambre pour un réveil téléphonique !!!! Il est très mal insonorisé ! On entend les conversations T° du voisin ou les éternuements ! Les gens qui ronflent dans le couloir.... Difficile de dormir ! Devant c'est le bruit des trains, et derrière, des chiens qui aboient !!!! Salle de bain minuscule !!!! Un relooking serait indispensable !

alles in ordnung, wollte nur eine nacht vor dem weiterflug in algier bleiben. alles super. durch die zugstation in der nähe kommt man in 30min ohne umsteigen ins zentrum. so habe ich auch einen schönen nachmittag in algier verbringen können.

The staff do not help. I have to carry our suitcases to the room. One of the room was disgusting due to the smell of smoke. Imagine 2 kids sleeping in a smoking room.

An average stay really. The staff are helpful, the hotel is located in a nice neighbourhoody spot, and, if your purpose is simply to rest while transiting in Algiers, this is a decent option.

Very pleasant staff who were accommodating of my requests

Porte-serviette rouillé, pommeau de douche cassé, eau chaude aléatoire, une seule serviette mise à disposition ... La salle de bain reste le point noir du séjour. Je pense que le gérant de l'établissement est particulièrement radin, car ces défauts auraient pu être éliminés à moindre coût. Il doit aussi mal payer ses employés car ils faisaient tous la guele. Mauvais trip :-( Quand j'ai demandé une facture à la fin du séjour, il m'a dit vertement "non, adressez-vous à l'agence." Problème : je n'ai fait appel à aucune agence. Je suis donc reparti sans la facture (que je qualifierais de très salée vu le niveau de la prestation). Seuls avantages : le wifi gratuit et la proximité de l'aéroport. Il y a des hôtels bien meilleurs et beaucoup moins chers à Alger, donc ne perdez pas votre temps dans ce boui-boui.

The Hotel is nice and clean, the stuff is friendly. However the walls are thin and barly no noise cancellation. So you always hear what's going on in the corridor or outside the building.
