Didnt really have the breakfast but the staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean. Beds were pretty comfy for what you pay for and its just a few minute walk from central station as well which makes it so accessible. Theres a light rail just in front of it and another a few minutes away.

excellent value for accommodation in the CBD. Excellent backpackers type accommodation. I had a double room with shared facilities, and it was great value for that level. Public Transport options literally at the doorstep!

So so is about the customers service , the lady in the concierge with curly hair glasses very bad attitude and I would like to address this firmly , disrespect and racism toward me and don’t allowed me to extend, others staffs was excellent is good and helpful and good in services except her the blonde hair short with glasses . I feel offended as well, she should aware and looks after the customer service , in positive manner as well. Thanks

This a great budget place to stay right near central station. Yes, its not luxurious but its all you need. They provided free breakfast too which was nice, although we were out too early to enjoy it. I would recommend for a budget stay.

Excelente ubicación, llegué antes de la hora del check-in y me permitieron guardar mi equipaje para salir a explorar la ciudad. Muy limpio todo el lugar y organizando. Ambiente super agradable.

Clean, convenient walking distance. The only thing I didn't like was that the beds were assigned first to come first serve. I was recovering from a broken foot and ankle and I had to climb up to the top bunk every time. The ladder rungs really hurt my feet, even wearing my street shoes. When I told the receptionist a top bed was going to be a problem, he just shrugged his shoulders and said, "Nothing, we can do about it." My payment was nonrefundable.
