Excellent room- clean and very well equipped with everything you could need. Close to the CBD shops and Elizabeth Quay. Staff were friendly and very helpful throughout. A big thank you to them. I can thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Room layout was great but the place could do with a bit of a face-lift. It felt tired and a bit grubby. Reliable WiFi and great to have a washing machine. Only saw the staff at checkin and checkout and they were very courteous. It would have been useful in the pre-checkin instructions to know how to get to reception, we were wandering around with holiday baggage for some time trying to find the way in. Great location for Perth CBD, Elizabeth Quay and transport.

The hotel isn't brand new so there is expected wear and tear around but it was clean and comfortable and the rooms are good sizes. There was no oil, salt and pepper, tin foil i.e. kitchen basics that you would normally receive - this meant cooking was a little difficult and you'll need to purchase these things before cooking but the standard kitchen hardware was all there. The gym is very small and lacking equipment but the hotel is in the central CBD so it would be easy to find a proper gym not too far if you wanted this. The staff were helpful, and transport links are very easy to access. The hotel was also very quiet despite it's central location so a good choice for a break in the city.

We had a really comfortable stay at the Adina Apartment hotel. The location was excellent with easy access to everything we needed and the facilities at the hotel were great. Also found all the staff to be very friendly and helpful.

Clean rooms, requested a room change for one of the night. It was a downgrade(my mistake on the booking side), but they gave us a bottle of wine which more than nade up for the price difference. All in all great stay.

Our recent stay at the Adina hotel was disappointing. The property is outdated and in desperate need of a renovation. Our room's TV was from the 90s with no option for streaming, and the key card system was frustratingly unreliable, often failing to work in the elevator or on our room door. The service was also lacking, with cleaning only scheduled every three days, which led to overflowing trash. The kitchen was poorly equipped, and the old laundry machines didn't clean clothes properly. Until a major renovation happens, I would not recommend this hotel.

Really love the room I booked, close to the bus station and walkable to groceries even the malls at Hay / Murray street. Really helpful staff and checking in was a breeze. Parking overnight was also no issue.

Great location - next to the central city bus and train stations. And walking distance to the Waterfront, museum, gallery and not too far to the botanical gardens. Lots of restaurants within a couple of blocks.

We were lucky enough to have oir room ready on arrival around 1400 hrs. Room 125 on the 5th floor is near the lift but did not have a problem with any noise in that regard. Facing the roadway it did have noise but not too bad overall. Entering the apartment was quite open with the family/dining and kitchen, with a decent desk near the door afforded a great space to have backpack and hats etc stored for easy access each day. The verandah was huge extending the entire length of the apartment but the weather did not allow us the opportunity to use it as in the shade all day. The bedroom was adequate, bed firm but comfortable. Safe was a good addition for personal items security. The bathroom was a bit tight but had the washing machine + dryer behind the door in a cupboard. Thw vanity was tight especially as most shelving was either poorly fitted or had I pipes running through it. Probably in need of replacement as quite badly water damaged too. Best part of the Adina is probably it's location opposite the Convention Centre but also the bus port and Elizabeth Quay very much close by, walking 5-10 minutes. We did walk to King's Park but was easy to return via CAT routes or transperth options. If looking to do some cooking in the apartment there was no spatula and only 1 saucepan and pot. However, not a long walk to Woolworths through Westaustralia Square. Decent sized supermarket considering cbd location. Full sized I'd stay here again for sure. A good place to explore city.
