Neat and tidy room, great for the night.

Not good, no tv, air conditioning not on and loud Noisy

The shared bathroom needed a clean and the shower head had come off, there was no window in the room and I left an item of clothing there, despite emailing the same day I checked out they failed to respond until I sent a another follow up email a week later (informing me they didn’t have the item in lost property). Rather disappointing.

I was on the 2nd floor (the 1st floor is renovated and that is a different story). There were 12 rooms on my floor and ONE female toilet and two showers. Toilet was clogged up on several occations and the drainage in the bath was also off so i was met by a pool after someone showered. The facilities weren't even cleaned every day which I think is a bare minimum when you have shared facilities, especially during high season. They did not once go into my room to throw the garbage, refil coffee or towels. Upon leaving I did what I always do, kneel down and look under the bed - which no one with a vaccum cleaner had done the last decade. The rooms towards the street were also extremely noise, single glass windows.

Small but clean room. Noise from the street during the night can be quite disturbing if you are a light sleeper. There are also rooms facing the street. Close to tram and bus to access harbour.

There was a strong smell of toilets throughout the accommodation, the blind in my room didn’t go up or down. The whole accommodation just seemed very worn and not looked after. I had a double and a single bed in my room and slept on the single because the double was rock solid. It wasn’t hostel cheap but I’ve definitely stayed in better hostels. Definitely wouldn’t go back.

Good location close to transport hub, on minutes from train station and easy connection to airport. Lots of food joints close by and bar downstairs. What more does a man need.

Clean, everything worked. Was a little surprised by one bathroom for both sexes to share at the same time, but not crowded, not a problem

Comfortable stay except for the buzzing door from one of the rooms.I guess the systems lock was playing up? An earlier check in would have been nice when requested. The place was empty!! Only myself and one other guy was present. Dinner - I had the crying tiger. It didn’t come with rice?? But otherwise cheap & convenient. Thank you
