Really enjoyed my stay here; the friendly and helpful staff, the well appointed room with regular cleaning, the great location with the tram stop a hop, skip and jump and all of Melbourne's fantastic attractions close by. I found my stay here to be exceptionally good value. Thanks Citadine's!

It is very quiet on the rooms and beds are comfy. Put check on took a very long time and there was confusion about our request for twin beds and the parking, both of which I had requested and followed up with a phone call. The check in took over 30 minutes.

The hotel was in a really good central location and the staff were absolutely exceptional. They were extremely polite and helpful, stored my expensive equipment in a safe room away from general luggage during the day and were happy for me to work from their lobby for a few hours in the afternoon. The hotel itself has a great little pool and gym complex that isn't flash but gets the job done and is well maintained. The rooms are large and comfortable! Would stay again.

The heater was broken and didnt work. We called someone to fix it on Friday night and was told it would have to wait until maintenance could come in on Saturday, this was reasonable and we were given blankets. On Saturday morning i went past reception and was advised the maintenance man would be there in half an hour so we went out for the day. When we got home the heater still wasnt working, i went to reception and i was then told someone would come up. We were then called to be told there is no weekend maintenance team so no one would be coming up. We asked for heaters for the room as it was an 11 degree day and the room was freezing. After another 30 minutes we had to call again to follow up where the heaters were. And even once we got the heaters in it still took over 5 hours to actually warm the room up. We have stayed here before and not had issues, but not sure would stay again. I understand things brake, but be proactive in finding a solution, it shouldn't be left to the customer to demand action, multiple times. Poor service and lack of care

Very friendly reception staff, lovely big clean room, very comfortable bed and quiet. If I had to pick anything wrong it was the shower floor need a good scrub on the edges but all in all very clean and great hotel.
