The staff were all so friendly, the hotel was neat and beautiful and the overall experience was extremely positive

Really love the hotel. We rented with breakfast which implied a higher price, after that we rented a tour and was at 7, the time the breakfast started so we ask the front desk if the next day we can bring our son and a friend to breakfast with us to use the breakfast we didn’t have because of the tour. They say NO, we also ask the restaurant the same and they say NO. I didn’t see the problem as part of the breakfast was buffet and saying NO made us feel bad …

Fijn hotel met ruime, schone kamers. Uitstekend ontbijt, combinatie van a la carte en buffet! Zeker in de zomer is de rooftop pool een verademing. Tot savonds 21:00u geopend. Ook de Gym is prima verzorgd! Hotel heeft een leuke bar / restaurant. Hotel zit in het centrum van Sydney. Noemenswaardig was Host Mirthe (uit Nederland) die ons meer dan goed heeft geholpen in de eerste dagen. Hotel is een aanrader met edn prima prijs/kwaliteisverhouding.

The Crowne Plaza team was very helpful and we immediately could change our room, because the room had the bath ventilation of the whole floor, which was a little bit too noisy if you don‘t have deep sleep. The breakfast choice and sereals have been very good as well as the friendly and professional service. We would definitely stay again at Crowne Plaza and could recommend the place as all views are reachable in walking distance incl. public transport.

Staff were nice, bed was comfy, shower was awesome (and products), parking was convenient.

Lovely clean, comfortable room with a nice bathroom. Rooftop pool a nice touch and also kept lovely and clean

The host, Carlos, who checked us in was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The hotel is spotless and has a focus maintaining a green footprint. The refillable water bottles available to refill with both still and sparkling water was especially nice.

Good selection of continental breakfasts, fresh juice bar, and hot breakfast made to order. Standard rooms are small but comfy, great for short stays. Friendly helpful staff. Really easy drive in if from the Blue Mountains, great position for Darling Harbour.

I was very disappointed with the Staff and Service at this hotel. I would not trust the staff, would not recommend this hotel and would not stay there again. We were travelling from Canada via the USA during the US Government shutdown. Our flight was cancelled and so we lost 1 night of our reservation (all profit to the hotel) I had booked 2 reservations under my name and contacted the hotel to tell them about our flight cancelation and that wd were coming the following day. We arrived at the Hotel the following day after a 15 hour flight only to find out that the Hotel canceled one of the reservation. There was no remorse about canceling our reservation, furthermore the Front Desk lady told us that we could turn around and repurchase the room for $700+ for the two remaining nights. We thought about it and no longer than 30 minutes decided to pay for the two nights. When we arrived at the Front Desk the lady told us she made a mistake....that the $700+ was for 1 night only and the second night was $900+ We had to scramble to find a place last minute which was very stressful. The reservation that was for a friend traveling with us, she is over 80 years old. Imagine the stress that caused her and at no point was any kind of clemency offered. I would not recommend this hotel, their customer service is extremely poor.

Das Einzige, das zu beanstanden ist, wäre der Mangel an Raum im Kleiderschrank, da dieser viel zu klein ist.
