Good afternoon

Clean room, friendly staff, however a lot of dirt next to the bed but no issue

Lovely property, helpful staff, modern and clean… only issue was we were right near the toilets so woken all night by the door swinging/slamming and handryer at all hrs

This place is fine if you are a teenager but it’s not a place for grown ups! It was full of young people, in and out of each other’s rooms, a guy ironing in the corridor - we felt really uncomfortable and left to stay elsewhere!

Good location, great free yoga, nicely decorated. But rooms have no sound-proofing so it's very loud at night, and there's a bar right next door. We were in a private room which didn't get cleaned at all during our 4 night stay, and there was a bad mould smell in the bathroom. Staff aren't very friendly, feels like you're inconveniencing them even at check-in.

the location is good but the condition of the place was poor, major renovations and very noisy at night, it’s essentially a youth hostel so full of young people coming and going down the halls at all hours of the night.

Rooms are very clean. Staff are excellent and very friendly and eager to help answer any questions. The property is in central Byron, very close to all the shops and bars, etc. The rooms are a little noisy, you can hear the doors opening from either a fire door or the common area toilets being opened at all hours of the night.

We stayed in the private double room and it was so nice! Lovely decor, clean & provided toiletries, tea/coffee/milk in the room which was very convenient! The walls were pretty thin so pack ear plugs if your wanting a peaceful sleep as it is a hostel on the 1st floor we could hear lots of people in the night/morning. The decor of the lobby is really cool too and great location in the middle of Byron!

Pool was dirty. Other than that nice place to stay, hostel I have ever seen in terms of friendship and modesty.

Lovely clean room. Handy parking. Quite noisy and not really suited for our age group…..you live and learn

Sink water was clogged, toilet and floors dirty. Hairs on bed Stains on sheets

O quarto é lindo porém muito barulhento e com muita claridade, são um pouco rígido demais com o check in eu cheguei 15 minutos antes e tive que esperar, estive em mais de 10 acomodações na Austrália e em todas que cheguei um pouco antes fiz check in

Clean and spacious

Hatten einen Balkon, Staff freundlich, Großes Zimmer. gereinigt wird nur jeden 3. Tag bei uns leider nicht...nur das nötigste. Den ganzen Tag klopfen die Türen, sie fallen sehr laut ins Schloss

Avoid- valuables stolen out of case by housekeeping We stayed for 2 nights at Drifter in a private dorm. We noticed after housekeeping entered whilst we were out that a $200 perfume, dollars & a bikini had been stolen out of our open cases. We reported this immediately and was told it would be taken seriously and the manager would contact us in the morning. Whilst we were there another girl asked if we had items stolen as she has had things go missing also. No contact in the morning despite us saying we had to leave by a certain time to collect a hire car. The manager eventually came down and explained that as the housekeeper has worked there 3 months they are trusted and a ‘long shot’ camera in the corridor captured them with nothing in their hands. I think if you stole something you would know about cameras and how you leave the room? Was utterly disappointed and disgusted with how ‘Scott’ dealt with this. He was smarmy & condescending informing they won’t proceed with anything and ‘hopefully it will turn up in our luggage’. So offensive, we turned our cases up and down to find as soon as we realised. I paid $1000 for these 2 nights but price doesn’t matter, it’s the principle of violating our privacy and how this was dealt with. We have followed up with a police report and will be dealing with it this way. Just disgusting

Tolles Team, das jederzeit hilfsbereit war. Der technische Check-In läuft noch nicht uneingeschränkt ohne Erklärung aber zeigt Potenzial. Das Zimmer war modern und sauber und das Hotel ist wuselig wie erwartet.
