We were allowed to stay for extra time beyond checkout for a small fee which was very convenient. It was warm, safe and quiet. Easy access to a lot of shops and restaurants. Kettle and mugs provided. Hair dryer for hire. Fire evacuation was handled well. The shower door was missing a panel, the light in the bathroom was a fluorescent bulb that flickered. Stains on the couch. Overall pretty good.

The room was convenient. It was clean and had all that was needed. It was very budget. hardley any room around the end of the bed. Fine for one person. No separate bathroom but usable. Getting to the room was in need of an upgrade. I would put it in the area of a good backpackers residence.
