The property was great including that staff, who were excellent. They made check in easy for us as we got in from our flight at 1 am. Views are amazing and close to everything. Definitely would come back

Not bad for the price, however we booked a sky room and got a pretty crap view on level 53, so as others have said be careful. Left a sour taste in mouth so won’t be back. Don’t advertise a lovely view and then give the customer a slight view of the sea surrounded by tall buildings….
The shower leaks all over the bathroom floor and soaks the floor towel, this is not something we want to deal with while on holiday and all it requires is a trim installed on the bottom of the door why is that so hard.
A big issue is also getting access into the building when checking in because it is also residential. The doors will not open automatically for you so you have to call management or wait for someone to enter the doors.
The hotel is located on the outskirts of the cbd but easy access to the tram and shops. It’s 250m from Melbourne central mall, or 1k to the river & Southbank etc.

The rooms were beautiful the mattress was disgusting I thought I’d be nice strip the bed for the cleaner it was covered in blood urine poo stained and other body fluids I was disgusted asked for partial refunded refused so beware what you are sleeping on and to add no mattress protector

Great spot location wise, busy building. Everything close. Markets 5 min walk. China town central Ubers everywhere so eating is easy. The view from the top floors city side amazing, so ask for that. We were on 67 and incredible.
All in all good for the money.

The location was great. Very close to the Queen Vic Markets, Melbourne Central and lots of restaurants. The bed was very comfortable.
We expected a TV in the main bedroom (there was an aerial port there) but no TV. Just a few little issues like only 3 pieces of cutlery but we were a family of 4, no replacement garbage bags for rubbish a couple of other small things and the noise from the construction at night was annoying. But overall we were happy with our stay and would stay again

Great room, awesome location! Beautiful view!!! Was nice to have a kitchen to cook in, a washing machine to use to clean clothing and a balcony to walk out on every now and then to get some fresh air. Totally would recommend to anyone to use whilst staying in the heart of Melbourne.
