Jackalope Hotel

It was serene and relaxing. The food options were great. The staff were super friendly and the whole experience was awesome. We'd definitely recommend this place.

Everything was amazing. We loved sipping on cocktails while relaxing in the outdoor spa and pool. Food was incredible! Highly recommend Doot Doot Doot restaurant. We have already booked in another trip next year! :)

Great overall experience!

Hotel is beautiful - views across the vineyards from infinity pool are stunning. Rooms are very well appointed, great bathrooms and free minibar a nice touch. However - only negative point - the service was *excellent* by the staff - I cannot fault the effort by the people working there ... BUT - they felt understaffed across hotel. 1 poor guy/girl working pool service for 16-20 people on beds. 1-2 boys or girls on front desk with no porters to help luggage so they have to do that. At times they seemed over-run. Great shame because everything else was faultless - and the staff were great, they just had too much to cover

The property is gorgeous: the vineyard, the pool and the interior common space design. The staff was perfectly nice but for example there was no one coming out to the parking lot to collect luggage as we arrived and left, they misplaced our car key briefly. The rooms seem to focus on design over function & practicality. The bedding was not as nice as other hotels at this price point. The breakfast was fabulous! Delicious, fresh and with excellent service. And the on demand in room popcorn was a nice fun touch. At a slightly lower price point it would have been perfect. At these prices it could have used a tiny bit more attention to detail.

Fantastic place to stay. From the moment we walked through to the front desk til check out an outstanding experience to stay at Jackalope. We will definitely be back.

There is so much to like about this property if you are young and into canned rap music! We for the three nights there and arrived Saturday mid afternoon. They had 3 Hens parties and the noise in the restaurant Rare Hare was intolerable! There was seating outside but not enough umbrellas and at 29 degrees just too hot. The bar which is lovely was also too noisy and again the canned rap music. We sat outside of there again no umbrellas with rap music blaring outside and we were the only ones there but they couldn’t turn it down. The good is absolutely delightful and could not fault this especially the breakfasts which are to die for ! We did the degustation menu on Sunday night (part of the Indulgence package) whilst the good was beautiful you either like them or not! This was served in Doot Doot Doot their signature restaurant. Doot Doot Doot is the only restaurant open on a Monday and only does deguststion so unless you want to pay the price or do the same dinner you have to go off site. They will make the booking and take you to/from the restaurant. Again the canned music which we asked to be turned down and then it was so appalling we had to ask them to change the music, WHY do restaurants/retreats think that everyone likes the music and likes it loud. They were a few oldies - 50 and over and I spoke to a couple who complained about the same thing.

Great servce, we had to leave early so they had a breakfast box and coffee ready for us so we wouldnt miss breakfast. Stunning venue, amzing food and great staff.

It would have got five stars for everything but the service in the bar did not quite match the other brilliant staff. Personally we thought the dining room was a bit severe and too regular in layout but we are being super critical. And should have opened the net curtains for breakfast to enjoy the view- super critical again

Superfint hotell med magisk utsikt!!! Extremt bra service där de gav tips om de olika vingårdarna!! Om vi åker tillbaka så kommer vi garanterat bo här igen!

ブドウ畑の目の前でとても落ちつたホテルです。 ホテルのインテリアは一言でいうとクール。イメージは何となくクラブっぽい感じです。ゲスト専用のトイレは未知との遭遇のような、、、 ホテルのプールはインフィニティ―プール。 ゲストが少ないので、とてものんびりできます。 プールサイドではアイスクリームのサービスがありました。

Great place, only the cleanliness was a bit dissappointing!

入住JACKALOPE有种当农庄主的感觉，黄昏时分躺在温泉泳池中看着对面的葡萄园非常的解压！ 所有的沐浴用品都是我喜欢的杜松香调，晚上睡觉发现连枕头都用了杜松来熏香，整个酒店的硬件和房间细节都做的非常好 另外还尝试了酒店的晚餐和酒吧的鸡尾酒，都相当不错，有惊喜！
