Poorly cleaned rooms. Couldn't exit the hotel through the front lobby door as it was broken which meant we had to exit via the rear carpark and a side street. Not sure how this fits in with the fire codes.

Room was great,spacious,everything worked perfectly. Enclosed Parking was very convenient at back of hotel,could enter from back door. Bit disappointing that there is no restaurant for breakfast or dinner,but the shopping centre and all the other restaurants and bars are a few blocks up the road. Staff was friendly and helpfull

Well it was just a one night stay after a 90 th birthday party.we got back from the party at 9.00pm got in the room and there was a lot of very loud talking and shouting going on in the room next door.this went on well into the morning about 5.30 am.we did shout at them to be quiet but no luck, didn't get hardly any sleep.my partner is still not very well after a big operation and needs sleep,but didn't get much.the front doors are broken and you have to try and get in at the rear ,not very helpful . eventually I got in and collected the key.very disappointed as this was supposed to be a quiet break for us but that didn't happen.we left early as we had a 600 KLM drive home .not happy at all Howard Davey.

Very nice hotel but could do with some cable tv

Great Air con and room was clean. Just very pricey for what and where it was.

Did not give me my refund back due to a issue with my partner they were disgustingly rude and I will never go there again I ran out of fuel going home cause of there so called procedure would not listen to what I had to say and made me wait for 1.5 hours to talk to a manager who didn’t turn up I will be pursuing this further

Needs a new restaurant, the old one closed down after Covid and you really need something close after a day at work and you don’t want to travel for dinner.

Clean room. No kitchen. Air-conditioning was awesome.

We knew we had a late arrival planned, and contacted the hotel to advise this well in advance to let them know. To note, reception has limited availability. On the evening we arrived we rang hotel when we to say we were on our way from the airport and were told to get there as soon as possible they were waiting for up for us and wanted to go home. A hold on the credit card was made for $200 (fair enough) am I was told that it would be refunded at check out. Several days later when the hold hadn’t been removed, I contacted the hotel and was advised that they tried to refund and an error had occurred and that there was nothing they could do. I reported this to my bank, who provided instructions to the hotel to contact my bank to have the hold removed. The hotel then said that they had removed the hold on funds and that they wouldn’t be contacting my bank. This went round in circles a couple of times, each time the hotel staff asked what they could do to help then didn’t follow thru. Finally after 40 days of having the hold on my funds my bank was able to release the hold without the hotel’s permission. Disappointing really and I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Staff were courteous, close to shopping centre and cafes. Secure parking although cleaning could be improved.

Spotless, private, friendly. Clean crisp white sheets and towels and couldn’t do enough to help. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. I have stayed many times.

We checked in late and they were still so friendly and made the experience smooth. Offered a later checkout as well

The rooms are only cleaned every 4 days, so by time they did knock the carpet and bathroom were discusting, Then one morning I got up put some toast on, with the toaster they supplied, it set the smoke alarm off. They then told me I had to pay $1400 for the firebrigade, and said I coukdnt leave till it was paid, So i rang a lawyer they said deprevation of liberty if the dont let me leave, even though it wasnt my fault I offered to put on a payment plan but it wasnt good enough they called the police, the police said sorry were not coming lol , I argueed 45 minutes about paying it off but they wanted all the money, eventually i had had enough, told them they are eeping my 200 bond and the 250 i paid for the room that night ill wait 5 mins to arrange a payment plan or im leaving, they said go! discrasfull,So warning to others do not use there toaster.

Staff were very good, had everything you would need for a few days stay, fridge,toaster,microwave,iron and board,hairdryer even a washing line The only thing that let it down was the cleanliness but in saying that, sheets ,pillow cases and towels were very clean
