I loved Quest Scarborough, I had a gorgeous apartment!
Quest had that home away from home feeling for me!
My room was really comfy & clean & it had everything I needed for a 10 night stay.
It was modern, spacious, comfortable, warm, convenient, with lots of natural light & a super spacious balcony overlooking the highway & beach.
I could literally see the Indian Ocean from my balcony.
Loved the laundry facilities in my bathroom & the kitchen, so handy!
Quest is in such an ideal location, as everything is in walking distance & to the beautiful esplanade, cafes, restaurants, shops, Coles, pilates, personal training, Revo gym & beach!
Watching the sunsets each night on the beach is a treat & a must do, as well as visiting the Sunset Esplanade Beach Markets every Saturday evening.
The staff were friendly & really helpful as well!
I will definitely book my stay with Quest again if I plan to visit WA in the near future!

The staff is helpful and friendly. The place is clean and tidy and is walkable to the beach and all restaurants, coffee shops, and supermarkets. Highly recommended.

Service at reception was friendly and helpful. The room provided spacious and clean though light on milk. Location of building in the heart of Scarborough which makes for easy access to the beach, shops and bus. Being on a major intersection did make our room a bit noisy. Otherwise would recommend staying here.

The property is split over a busy road, with the pool and lobby being separate from the apartments. The road noise was oppressive all day, rendering the balcony unusable. The room had a mouldy smell and didn’t have all the features as advertised. Overall we were disappointed.

Deluxe that isn’t Deluxe.
Unfriendly reception staff, rooms aren’t serviced, Blinds wouldn’t close, shower gel ran out after 1 day, no washing powder, cushions and dining chair and furniture covered in stains, building is completely separate to the actual Quest Building & the room & building smells really weird, all of the time. Pokey little room, would not stay again.

My only criticism would be that one towel each, for a three day stay was a bit mean!!
I washed ours, so used machine & electricity!
Two towels each would be more generous!

We arrived and the room appeared clean. A storm came through and the bathroom started to drip from the ceiling. It was quite big drips leaving the toilet and the bathroom floor wet. In the morning we spoke with reception to say what was happening. They said a plumber would be there soon. A plumber came late afternoon. The ceiling continued to drip and the carpet was wet. We asked for a room change but they were full. From the water marks on the roof this has been happening for a long time and the room should not have been occupied. The manager organised for our parking to be refunded. This is simply not good enough. We are not complainers but were attack of solutions and basically told to put up with it and it wasn’t dangerous.

Only negative is the hall lights are on a sensor so it’s very dark when you get out of the elevator or when you go to and from your room Making me slightly uncomfortable
