This was a very pleasant surprise a last minute booking of availability and convenience
I can describe this as a beautiful welcoming old friend from the outside a little dated but well maintained with a nice pool and BBQ area
Inside we were greeted with a comfy and equipped kitchen and dining lounge area with a pull-out sofa
A bedroom with ample storage and a comfy king bed
And a nice bathroom with in-unit laundry.
The front desk staff were lovely and accommodating

It was close to pacific fair shopping centre
Two stops away from Florida gardens tram stop and 3 stops away from Cavill avenue stop for surfers paradise beach
The only thing I would point of out is that we paid an xtra $125 for an extra person for 5 nights -even though it said on the Adevrtisememt that it caters for 3 people
When I have already paid for the queen bed and a sofa bed included in the living room
This is the only I could point out. As I have already paid over $1300 for the five nights
It was still reasonably priced
With laundry, kitchen and dining in one bedroom apartment
There’s a pool and a good security garage for a car
And the unit is reasonably 5 to 7 minutes away from the beach

Bäddsoffan som barnen skulle sova i var extremt slitennoch ofräsch. Micron fungerade inte men den byttes snabbt vid påpekande. Utemöblerna som tillhörde rummet var rostiga och ostädade. De gemensamma utrymmena var trevliga och välstädade. Härlig pool och bubbelpool. Det såg ut som om det var lite olika standard på lägenheterna så vi hade kanske bara otur. Väldigt nära till spårvagnen och bara 5 min att gå till stranden.

Place wasn’t clean. There were stains on the kitchen walls that looked like meat splatter, chips everywhere, and what looked like blood on the bathroom roof. The front door had deep knife cuts in it along with the door lock looked like had been tampere. My son even said the bathroom looked like a scene from a scary movie.
Still haven’t got my bond back 5 days later, even though I left it clean and tidy with bedding stripped and dishes washed. No proper update or explanation, just excuses.
Also tried to hire table tennis racket, called and was told the office was out but they’d let me know when they got back. Never heard anything again which upset my kids hopes.
All round, not great. Wouldn’t book again.

The property is outdated and badly in need of renovation. I thought it was too expensive, the oven was dirty, the carpets are grubby and stained, the walls need a good coat of paint. Certainly is not what I would expect of a resort.

Good location between Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach. One tram stop to Broadbeach and two stops to Surfers Paradise. Cross the Gold Coast Highway to walk to the beach. Quiet complex, clean pool, secure parking, clean apartment with all equipment for an enjoyable stay

The property was in a convenient and quiet location. I was surprised that the room did not have air conditioning. I realized after checking in that I had booked this room and had assumed that all rooms had air conditioning. The room is looking old and in need of some repairs, but for the price was overall very happy.

The room stunk of filth, the cleaners did not do their job properly, spider webs in multiple areas and it had a terrible smell that just lingered all the time, even after we applied some plug in freshners, the smell was still around. No air con only fans that did nothing, not the appropriate stay at a place like the GC where temperatures go in the low 30s. Owner should spend some money to update soon. Definitely would NOT recommend this place for a stay, not even for one night.

There was no communication, not sure if this is due to Expedia as it’s my first time booking with them. I did however message the resort directly and did not receive an answer from them.
The room wasn’t cleaned properly. The bathroom especially.
It was convenient having the washing machine and dryer.
