Perfect Broadbeach Stay, Highly Recommend!
We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Broadbeach apartment. The beach views are easily the best in the area, waking up to the ocean every morning was unforgettable.
The location is incredibly convenient, putting pristine sands, fantastic dining, and shopping all within an easy walking distance. Inside, the apartment was spotlessly clean and exceptionally well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable, stress-free holiday.
We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Our view was perfect as promised and paid for. We had a view of the ocean and park. The hotel had apartments without service.
Nice heated pool however bubbles in spa didnt work.
Rooms were clean but you will need cleaning stuff for kitchen like sponges and dishwashing liquid.

The check-in process when arriving after hours was very easy. View was fantastic with the beach across the road & shops nearby. The unit was spacious & clean. The staff were so friendly & welcoming.

Do not believe the photos for this hotel! My room was nothing like the photos! We stayed on level 8! The room had a very, very old bathroom and gross old kitchen! View was not wide expansive ocean views as advertised! There is a hotel being demolished next door, which our room looked straight into from kitchen! We had to close the shutters so we didn’t have the construction workers on the same level as us next door looking into the kitchen/ dining area! Walls of the room were disgusting! Curtain falling down! It was one star! Really disappointed when I planned a special weekend in a modern room with sweeping ocean views as per advertised! This a big con and a case of false advertising!

Can't be helped, but the consistent noise from the construction at the building next door meant that the relaxing vibe of the Gold Coast was not experienced at all. If I had known this I would have stayed elsewhere but hopefully when I come back it will completed

Paid for a beach view only had a side view . All the cutlery was dirty including the plates,bowls and cups. Had to wash everything before using them. Hair left in shower. And on the bathroom floor. Bed was very uncomfortable stayed in room 1605 the one bedroom apartment with more city views then ocean .

Well equipped apartment. Good bed. Excellent view.
The balcony gets no sun in April.
Simone was parked in our designated spot so we parked next to it and this caused issues with the owner and that spot and don’t went on.
Unfortunately the WiFi was down in the whole building for our last 24 hours and we were unable to report it. As we were from the UK this was a disaster as I was still working and the time difference had a huge impact.
The clothes maiden was rusty.
The room I was in was next to the lift and was audible when people started their day at 4.30 am.
Would I stay again? Yes but not in this room.

Our room was very clean & spacious with a view of ocean from balcony. The pool & spa were beautifully clean.I was very happy with location & easy after hours check in.
Unfortunately after 2 nights they called & informed us their is a maintenance issue with unit above is & asked if we wanted to move as they may need to turn off water. I wasn’t very happy as we were only staying for 4 nights total. This was very inconvenient & I found this unit had an amazing view of the ocean but the unit was smaller & dirty. The floor tiles need to be scrubbed clean as they are dirty. The cushions on lounge are disgusting they need to be thrown in the bin & the dish rack & dish brush were disgustingly dirty & also need to be thrown out. All coffee cups are very badly stained & I won’t be staying here again. I couldn’t even walk around barefooted because of dirty tiles.
I would think there would be a standard for cleanliness throughout the building but this is obviously not the case. Very disappointing. I tried somewhere different t this time in GC & will not be staying here again.

Excellent staff service - friendly and very helpful. Fabulous location and good views, even at level 4. Spacious, clean unit and very comfortable beds. Pool is a good size - only fault was it was much warmer than the ocean (on warm Feb days) so it was not refreshing to swim there. I usually love using the pools at other hotels but found this one unpleasantly warm- maybe due to the nearby spa being connected to it by a small water feature? Nevertheless, a lovely stay overall.
