The room was clean and comfortable. The curtains in the bedroom could have had a bit more coverage as the bright morning sun lit up the room via the gaps at the ends of the curtains. The room didn’t have hand soap when we checked in, however the staff tried to remedy this quickly once we asked. Close to the beach, on the Broadbeach Mall and close the the casino makes it a good place to stay.

Excellent stay. The apartments are really spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything you need. The location couldn’t be better - walking distance to Surfers Paradise, close to the beach, shops, cafes, restaurants, and public transport. Super convenient and easy to get around. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

子供連れで3泊しました。 建物は古かったですが、部屋は綺麗にメンテナンスされており、快適に過ごせました。オーシャンビューのお部屋だったため、素晴らしい眺めでリラックスできました。朝はベランダに鳥が来てくれることもあり、子供たちと楽しみました。 シャワーのお湯が出ないときがあり、それたけか不便でした。 立地は最高で、バス停もトラムの駅もスーパーも近く、便利でした。スタッフもフレンドリーでした。 ありがとうございました。

Apartment was very clean, staff were exceptional, & the best location.

Great location it was a bit noisy at night as we were on the 4th floor. However, our room is in desperate need of an overhaul. Needs new blockout curtains that fit the windows properly so you’re not woken up by the sun before 5 am. The floors are old tiles that need a deep deep clean - walking on them barefoot made the bottom of our feet very dirty and the furniture is cheap flat pack and a saggy lounge. The extension lead next to the bed and the rusty bedside lamps sum it up .

Lovely, helpful staff. We were on the 11th floor with a fantastic view. Great location with beach across the road. Lovely room but was surprised no dishwasher. Great restaurants & breakfast venues across from the apartments. Lovely heated pool & very tidy gardens. We enjoyed so much we have booked for next year to come back!

Great location and central to beach, casino and trams into surfers

This place is the best. Right on the patrolled beach, supermarket and lots of different cuisine restaurants so close. About 10-15 minute walk to casino and conference centre. Tram or walk to pacific fair shopping centre. Apartment spacious and well equipped kitchen. Beds pillow showers are fantastic. Oasis shopping has everything you need. Staff extremely helpful. Will definitely book here again. I don’t like high rise buildings so this is great only 16 floors, and when booking you can stipulate which floor. Eg. 1-5, 6-10, etc. Only negative is that wherever you stay there’s always a construction site nearby, but that’s not the fault of the apartments.

Accommodation was good with great ocean views, staff were good, had no problems at all, location is great.

fantastic location. great pool. great service Room - no spare essentials at all. We had to get toilet paper/ dish washing liquid/ washing powder which we weren't expecting. No spare towels.

Probably the outstanding feature is the closeness to the Oasis Shopping area and transport, with both the buses and Tram being in close proximity.

Fantastic holiday Will definitely stay there again

Hadn't stayed here for a few years but was delighted with the return. Everything just works. Pool and spa at perfect temperature, close to everything including the beach, parking no problem and a really comfortable 2BR apartment on the top floor with great views

An excellent hotel in the middle of Broadbeach, opposite Kurrawa SLC and 5 mins walk to the Gold Coast convention centre. Excellent access to all the restaurants all within minutes walk.
