The location suited where I had to go in Brisbane. It is walking distance (3 to 4 blocks) to train, ferry and the venue I was going to. Keep in mind that that Brisbane is hilly and taxis or Uber may be preferred to walking.
It is on the edge of Fortitude Valley so we were not disturbed by loud music at night.
The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful.

There was one young woman at the front desk who who kind , patient and sweet. Can’t say much about the other woman who was short, dismissive and condescending. For people not familiar with fortitude valley/ Brisbane- parking is a nightmare of epic proportions. They have underground parking however , locating the entrance is not easy as there is no signage nor anywhere to pull into to be able to check in. Again- the sweet young lady who I dealt with , stepped outside and guided me to the underground parking entrance after a harrowing experience trying to find somewhere to pull over.
