Access to shops extremely good with Tweed Mall just five minutes' walk across the road. Air con worked well. Staff quite helpful particularly having arrived very late and well after reception had closed. Room very clean. However, the furniture in the room was very tired. Bed very light and moved when sat on. Drawers missing from cabinets and I had to get out of bed to turn off the lights - no bedside lights provided. Price was reasonable though considering only a few hours stay with10am strict checkout.

Clean room, and staff were good although very little interaction with them. Bed was comfortable and aircon quiet and effective.
TV was a not user friendly and quite small.
Overall our stay was pleasant enough.

The room was very spacious and comfortable.
The bathroom was clean but it is in need of some renovation due to the age of the building.
Check in took a while for the Manager to find my booking, but he was very pleasant and friendly.
Overall a very good and reasonably priced Motel and close to the centre of town.

Check was fairly quick and seamless although reception was all locked up at 3:00 on a Saturday. We received a complementary can of drink on arrival. The room was straight out of the early 80's and was fairly run down but would be a renovators delight. However, you get what you paid for and we only needed it for a place to sleep after going to a show at Twin Towns just up the road. They did allow us a bit of a late check out though.

The room was a bunker with no windows, only the sliding glass front door. Felt like a storeroom they put a bathroom and bed in.
The decorating was terrible, the bench was not stable at one end and there was water all over the bathroom floor when I arrived.
Staff were pleasant at checkin.

The staff were very obliging & friendly. The room was spacious & clean. The bed was super comfy. An easy walk & ideally situated between Twin Towns Club & Club Tweed. For the item you forgot or coffee & cake Tweed Mall is just across the road. We enjoyed our stay & will return.

Bathroom extremely tired. Towel rail falls off walk, metal bar on bottom of door loose and hanging off one end. Smell from drains made me feel nauseous so sat outside from 4am so I could breathe. Shower head wouldn’t stop dripping and even with door closed was like Chinese torture

I did not enjoy this stay and I have stayed in lots of motels recently. I contacted the property prior to booking as I had interstate travel and needed a late check in. When I arrived off my flight they didn’t send any details. Upon arrival to motel a man came out of the darkness to hand me a key. The fridge was wide open and I didn’t realise it wasn’t turned on until the morning, which meant my food was unedible. Shivering through the night to realise there was no blanket? Shower leaking til morning. Asked kindly for half hour late check out due to lack of sleep and man waiting outside door at 10.28am. Not a friendly service, no apologies or empathy.
