Quarto muito confortável, limpo, amplo, com aquecedor, cama excelente com excelentes lençóis! Banheiro limpo e ducha muito boa!
Café da manhã muito saboroso.
Staff muito atencioso.

Clean, modern hotel. Not too far from tram or bus stop. Metro is a 12 min walk though. Google maps from the city to hotel shows St Marx on 71 tram as the stop. But if you go to next stop (Litfasstrasse) your walk time to hotel is cut to half.
Now the glitch part. Hotel staff was nice and accommodating. Except once when my kid asked for a tea bag to replenish the coffee/tea in the room, she was told by the front desk lady no tea bags to replenish. Even though we stayed for 7 days. 1 extra tea bag would not hurt the hotel for the long stay guests. But after i asked the gentleman in front desk the next day, he had no issue with my request.
May be it’s a teaching moment to the girl in front desk-you can’t say no to a simple tea bag request. It hurts the reputation of the business. And reputation is a big deal in hospitality industry.

We arrived late but check in was nice and quick, we had room 303 and it was really nice, especially after a long tiring journey. The room was clean and tidy and the bathroom was an excellent size. The shower had good pressure and no temperature issues. The beds (2 singles pushed together) were really comfy and we looked forward to going to bed each night. The room was cleaned whilst we were out which we didn’t need and forgot to put something on the door but it was nice to have new towels and a fresh bed. Everything worked fine. Didn’t use the tv or kettle but hairdryer was decent and powerful with being too loud and there were some nice toiletries available. Really happy with this hotel and will consider any of their hotels for future stays again. Budget luxury

Helt okej hotell men extremt varmt på rummet och ac hjälpte inte. Enligt personalen var det pga att det var ”för kallt ute för att acn skulle funka”. Frukosten var tråkig. MEN, sängarna var helt okej, rummet var rent och väl ljudisolerade fönster. Spårvagnen går precis utanför hotellet och tog oss snabbt in till innerstaden.

Lage passt grundsätzlich gut für Ausstellungen in der Marx-Halle, ansonsten tut sich eher wenig in der Umgebung.
Empfang im Hotel war diesmal sehr unterkühlt. Keinerlei Erklärung bzgl. Örtlichkeiten und/oder Frühstückszeiten.
Im Gegensatz zum letzten Aufenthalt war der Parkplatz diesmal kostenpflichtig.

Accueil limite, pas de mots de bienvenue, pas de sourire. Accueil froid, pas de bonjour ni d’au revoir.
Papier de toilette et produit douche pas remplacé.
Petit déjeuner médiocre, pains congelés et propreté douteuse.
Femme de ménage passant l’aspirateur entre nos pieds dans le salon- bar.
L’eau disponible à l’entrée pas remplacée, manque des verres pour se servir.
Mobilier chambre 224, usé, lit d’appoint usé et pas confortable.
Le plus triste hôtel réservé avec booking.
Pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles.

Das Hotel an sich war schön, Zimmer ausreichend ausgestattet, aber für den Preis hätte ich mir einen Hauch mehr Sauberkeit erwartet... schade.. ansonsten hat es gut gepasst, gerne wieder.

Leider sieht das Hotel von außen nicht sehr ansprechend aus. Ziemlich dunkel von außen und der Blick auf den großen dunklen Telekom Komplex vom Zimmer aus ist auch nicht gerade ansprechend. Aber sehr nah zur Marxhalle für Events.
