Kaunter penerimaan tetamu dibuka semasa waktu terhad. Maklumat yang diberikan oleh hartanah mungkin diterjemahkan menggunakan alat terjemahan automatik. Sarapan hartanah ini dihidangkan di hotel saudara berdekatan Stein, yang terletak 5 minit berjalan kaki.

If this is a 4-star "boutique hotel," I'm disappointed. Everything was okay, but nothing special. The style of the rooms is rather mediocre. Our iron double bed was cramped, and the mattress was noisy. I can't recommend this hotel. There are certainly better, more affordable hotels in wonderful Salzburg.

There was nothing terribly unique about this property apart from that it is old and in a good location. What was terrible is that there was no fridge in the room for food and no electric kettle so we couldn’t even make a cup of tea. I would not stay there again, there are better equiped properties in the area for a much better price. Cheers Michael Thorne - 5th June 2025.

Such a great little hotel… we loved it - with two windows we could open to the wonderful street below to watch people walking by on their way to the Christmas markets…
Everything was clean and nice. It was great to have the lounge downstairs with really good coffee available all day all night and the honor bar.
The room was great, the bed was fantastically comfortable, the TV was great, the shower had nice hot water, and the people at the desk were so very nice.
It was fun to be right next to the church when the bells were ringing albeit sometimes a little early in the morning! But it was a fun way to wake up.
I would definitely stay here again… It is extremely convenient to all the fun things in Saltsburg and was a perfect choice for us!

The location of the hotel is good. Our biggest problem was the lack of food and drink service. There's no coffee in the room. They do have a coffee machine down in the lounge area and they sell sad looking croissants as breakfasts. We could go without breakfast but they need to put some of sort of coffee in the rooms. Some of the staff were not friendly, they walked by us several times without even looking at us. Overall stay was okay but wouldn't stay here again.

Great location. Very clean. I super love it. The only issue we had was checking in after hours. We had letters at the lobby stating that we had emails regarding a pin to access our room keys but we never received any so we have to walk to the sister hotel to get our room keys. We had our luggages at that time and it was raining and a little late in the evening already. So hopefully next time the hotel will make sure we get their emails especially when people are checking in after office hours. We are definitely coming back and recommending this to others
