Its mera the Subway station and so comfortable to travel with walk ör using the Subway, very clean and comfortable rom and safe plase for solo traveler

Great breakfast!!

Allt är mycket bra på detta hotell som ligger nära all typer av lokaltrafik. Sängarna är jättesköna. Det är dock lite lyhört så är man känslig för sådant rekommenderas öronproppar. Man kan få låna vattenkokare i receptionen t ex för kvällste på rummet. Mycket vänlig personal. Hissen var lite tveksam till att stänga dörrarna men övertalades med intensiva knapptryckningar.

Sehr gutes Hotel, gutes Frühstück, Lage gut. Einziger Kritikpunkt: das Zimmer war doch sehr klein.

Sehr netter Mitarbeiter. Hotel ist gut gelegen, alles war Sauber. Matratze bisschen hart, aber sonst sehr zufrieden. Kommen wieder:)

I booked a superior single room, but above the head side of the bed there’s a wall, which means I can not sit on the bed and if I wake up suddenly without minding my head it will definitely hit my head on the wall. The reception not willing to change the room saying there’s no other Available rooms. Stayed only 2 nights and only for 2 nights I managed to not to hit my head.

Very good budget option in Vienna's second district. It's a 10 minute walk from the Praterstern station and about a 30 minute walk from many of the tourist attractions in the city centre. The Augarten is nice and close, as are plenty of good cafes, bars, and restaurants

The property, although older and not of a 4 or 5 star hotel rating, was Immaculately clean with staff who cared and were helpful. Rooms were serviced daily. The location was safe and 4 short Underground stops from the centre of Vienna with places of interest being easily reachable. The local area has many reasonably priced eateries. Transport was excellent as Praterstern station (a 7 minute walk from the hotel) is a main transport hub for Underground, train (including airport link), bus and tram services. Noise from these services could not be heard from the property.

Agree with some comments from other travellers. Pillows were lumpy, wifi was horrible in the room and was hard to plan travel for the next day without paying for data or going to the lobby, rooms were outdated and looked worn. Mornings were loud and you would get woken up by slamming doors. Service was decent. I guess we went at a busy time because the place was pretty expensive when we went for a very subpar experience. Location was good in a safe feeling neighbourhood.

Hotel atendeu as expectativas. Fica perto da estação de trem e metrô, e tem ônibus bem perto também Se o comércio da estação estiver aberto tem mercado Billa, drogaria, WC, guarda volume. Caso esteja só tem um Mc que fica aberto até mais tarde. Pertinho tem um parque de diversões (Prater)muito manero, desde antes da primeira guerra mundial. O hotel fica umas 4 estações do centrinho de Viena vc usando o tram 2. O tram 5 fica mais perto pra vc pegar e faz outro caminho, mas tmb chega. Pode usar ônibus tmb, mas não lembro o número Só jogar no Maps. A cidade é muito bem servida de transporte público, então com seu passe da semana você pode usar o quanto quiser e intercalar os modais. O check in é a moda antiga de preencher formulário. No início achei as janelas do quarto um tanto estranhas do quarto andar mas depois acostumei. Abri um pouco pra entrar um ar porque tenho rinite. É simples e arrumadinho. Não tem carpete. Tem calefação e ar condicionado. TV com vários canais. Colchão um pouco mole mas dá pro gasto. Mesa com cadeira e uma poltrona. Várias tomadas. O banheiro não tem amenities, apenas shampoo, toalhas e sabonete. Café da manhã gostoso. Se o tempo estiver bom pode pedir pra levar num jardim suspenso dentro do hotel. Tem pães, frios, frutas, iogurte, sucos e você escolhe se quer café ou chá pra equipe. Dá pra reforçar a caminhada. Check out foi de boa, só deixar a chave.

⸻ I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Vienna. Everything was perfect — from the clean and comfortable rooms to the excellent service. What really stood out for me was the staff at the restaurant. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, always making sure I had everything I needed. Their warm attitude made my experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Vienna

The staff was wonderful and attentive! The breakfast was great! Room clean and quiet!

There was no instant coffe or minibar in the room, just some water. I could not pay with card when I wanted a beer. The cleaning staff kept waking me up at 8 because they where talking i the hallway and loudly moving things around. The room was large, clean and very stark. The opposite of cosy.

Great location, easy to find, windows that open & controllable radiators.
