Mi sono trovato molto bene all’Hotel Kunsthof durante il mio soggiorno a Vienna. Il punto di forza è sicuramente la posizione: si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Praterstern, da cui è possibile raggiungere rapidamente sia il centro città sia l’aeroporto con il treno S7 diretto. Inoltre è vicinissimo al Prater, una delle attrazioni più iconiche della città. Le camere sono pulite e silenziose, il personale è sempre disponibile e cordiale, e l’atmosfera dell’hotel è accogliente e rilassante. Ho apprezzato particolarmente la tranquillità della zona, che permette di riposare bene dopo una giornata trascorsa a visitare la città. Anche la colazione è varia e di buona qualità, con diverse opzioni per iniziare al meglio la giornata. L’hotel offre inoltre un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, soprattutto considerando la comodità dei collegamenti e la vicinanza alle principali attrazioni. Lo consiglio a chi cerca una struttura comoda per gli spostamenti, pulita, tranquilla e ben collegata per visitare Vienna senza rinunciare al comfort.

Hotellet ligger svørt sentralt, om lag 5 minutters gange fra Praterstern med offentlig transport i alle retninger. Det finnes en hyggelig bakgård som er fin på varme dager, og det selges øl, vin, mineralvann og snacks på selvbetjeningsbasis i resepsjonen. Rommet var noe slitt, og hotellet bærer preg av at det ikke har vært pusset opp på en stund. Sett i forhold til prisen er dette likevel et bra tilbud, både når det gjelder beliggenhet og standard.

Booked with Expedia. Excellent property, room was very clean. Hotel very closed to the tram and metro station. Staff at the reception was very kind. I really recommend it.

The room and bathroom were clean but bathroom was small. Hotel was located near a train station and walkable to the city centre.

I stayed at Hotel Kunsthof in Vienna for 5 nights and overall had a very pleasant experience. I would especially like to highlight Noah at the front desk. He was truly outstanding and made my stay feel welcoming and personal. Noah helped me arrange a taxi for a very early morning airport transfer at 3:00 am, explained the expected cost in advance, and made sure the taxi was waiting exactly on time. Throughout my stay, he was incredibly kind and attentive. He brought me coffee in the evening, took time to talk, shared local recommendations, and helped me discover places I would not have found on my own. His professionalism, warmth, and ability to genuinely connect with guests are exceptional. He truly understands hospitality and would absolutely deserve a promotion or a leadership role. The hotel also has a very beautiful backyard. Even in winter it looks charming and peaceful. During breakfast, a lovely staff member named Evgeniya, who was serving coffee, mentioned that in summer the courtyard becomes even more beautiful, full of greenery with outdoor seating. It definitely made me want to return during a warmer season. Breakfast was very good. I appreciated the flexibility of purchasing it as an option rather than being tied to a fixed schedule. The selection of cheeses, cold cuts, bread, scrambled eggs, and coffee was excellent. The bread was especially delicious, and the cappuccino was surprisingly good for a machine made coffee. OTTIMA ANCHE LA COLLOCAZIONE, VICINO AL PARCO GIOCHI PRATER E A TRE FERMATE DI METRO DALLA CATTEDRALE DI STEPHASNSDOM. CONSIGLIABILISSIMO!
