Frühstücksraum war ungemütlich, viel zu voll und sehr laut. Die angebotenen Speisen waren ok. Zimmerausstattung abgenutzt und in einem schlechten Zustand.

We used the metro which was easy to use, there are a ton of shops and restaurants

Nice and spacious room. It is very well connected to the city centre and the main train station. Avoid the bar though unless you are ready to wait more than 1/2 hour to even order. Friendly staff.

I wish it was a little closer to thecity centre.

The restaurant and bar were incredibly friendly, professional and smiley. They made us feel very welcome. The room was always cleaned nicely and the spa facilities felt relaxing and hygienic. We would certainly come back.

A recepção... Acho que o ar condicionado estava desligado. Muito calor ... Pobres dos funcionários que tem que ficar ali. Toalhas de banho bem usadas ... Velhas. Secador de cabelo muito fraco ruim de usar. O bar deve de ser de uma outra empresa .. porque fomos expulsos de maneira rude. Se não consome não pode sentar nos sofás. Travesseiros murchos sem apoio para um bom sono. Hotel é bem básico mesmo. O café da manhã é ok.

I’ve stayed in over 100 hotels this year. For the price this was by far the best. The neighbourhood was good, the staff were friendly and helpful and the food in the restaurant was lovely at a fair price. They have a fitness centre and a roof terrace. The rooms were extremely clean and spacious. I thoroughly enjoyed my night here until 7am when I was woken by people cleaning the windows. Not them actually cleaning it was the CONSTANT beeping of the crane. It went on for over 4 hours! It is clear they take great pride in the hotel and ensuring it’s clean but that noise constantly from 7am left me leaving exhausted and grumpy rather than refreshed. I complained about it three times. The staff on reception were very understanding with one saying “I understand, I can hear it too and it’s very annoying”. Regardless of this and me asking a manger didn’t contact me and only spoke to me when I leaving because I asked for him. As I said it’s clear they look after the hotel but by having that constant beeping like an alarm from 7am is unacceptable. It should be done at a reasonable hour

Check-In unfreundlich, keine richtige Begrüßung. Zimmer (Junior-Suite) in Ordnung, jedoch nicht ganz sauber. Keine Minibar, lediglich ein Snack-Automat in der Tiefgarage (!!), der fast leer war und nur Bargeldzahlung möglich. Frühstück lieblos, Service unaufmerksam.

Nous avons passé 11 jours et dormi mal chaque nuit dû à une climatisation déficiente.

If you are well-travelled this hotel is more a 3 star hotel than a 4. Ridiculously expensive for what they offer, nothing nearby to eat…. Very bad restaurant food. Aircon not working properly and they attempt to charge us for a room upgrade because the aircon wasn't working in pu original room and in reality we got a downgrade, for free but the room was much worse. I don't recommend this hotel. And it shouldn't be rated as VIP in Expedia….

A very roomy, classy hotel with friendly service. Slightly limited to dining areas around.

Immer wieder schön, dort zu übernachten! Wir kommen wieder!
