Unterkunft sehr gut, Frühstück lohnt sich zum Preis nicht. Umliegende Lokale im District 4 weitaus besser

Topp hotel

Upon checking in, were were told the internet/systems had been down for 3 hours and they couldn't find out same day reservation. Dirty floors in the hotel room. Stained couch, so just the bed to sit on. Stained side table. Dust on most spaces and most of the gym surfaces (spider web in some spaces). Room kettle completely dirty and couldn't be used. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner pumps were filled with the same plain and poor quality soap completely ruining hair (before a night out). This felt like a 2 star hotel at best. The breakfast staff seemed very stressed and unfriendly when asked about a simple question. We showed our card when registering for breakfast and midway through our breakfast, one of us was asked by the stressed front desk staffer if we were indeed a guest.

Sehr freundliches Personal, saubere Unterkunkt, gut an die Öffis angebunden.

Diese Unterkunft würde ich für einen Wientripp nicht empfehlen. Unser Zimmer war sehr dreckig und muss dringend renoviert werden. Wahrscheinlich hat man uns das schlechte Zimmer in der hintersten Ecke geben. Dies Hotel würde ich nicht weiterempfehlen

Det manglet lenestol og bord, som vi etter påtrykk fikk etter 2 dager. Kaffemaskinen fungerte årlig, og kjøleskapet røk etter 2 dager. Men lørdag kom tekniker med nytt kjøleskap og fikset kaffemaskinen. Hyggelig og forekommende betjening i baren/restauranten. Gode senger.

The property is located in a more quiet area though not with many closeby facilities. However the subway station (S-Bahn) closeby makes it ideal. 1 station to Schonnborg Castle and less than 4 to the city centre.

We’ve been very happy with our stay at MAXX Hotel. It’s beautifully decorated and located. It’s amazing location for the U Bahn as well as local restaurants. The staff were very attentive and knowledgeable about the area and the city.

Great hotel with an abundance of facilities including a gym, sauna and steam room. Staff were helpful and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was great. The only let down was the warm room and cleanliness of the floors in our room. Very dusty and hadn’t been mopped. Apart from that, great stay! Would stay again.

Very nice hotel in a great location between the inner city and Schönbrun right next to the metro or streetcar station. Modern furnished super comfortable rooms with terrace and view of the city. Great breakfast. The stay was perfect!
