Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff.

The property was simply spectacular. Safe walking to historic churches and a castle. The staff was over the top helpful. The restaurant was excellent. Not sure I have ever been to a nicer hotel.

This is a beautiful hotel in a very nice area of the city. Walkable to City Hall, restaurants, shops, and other attractions. The hotel rooms are very luxurious. However, the architecture of our suite was less than idea. The price was too high for what they offered.

Beautiful property. The staff are quite friendly and helpful. Location perfect. My deluxe king room was quite posh, the price was posh as well. They should not charge for bottled water, however. And, they need to supply ice to the rooms. Those are my two complaints.

Great hotel with great location

Confortable clean. Magnificent

This hotel is so perfectly located for the main town shopping and only a short walk to other main attractions. The staff, the rooms were excellent. We will be back next year. Loved Vienna, safe, clean and charming.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Park Hyatt Vienna, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this beautiful and elegant hotel. Perfectly situated just one block away from the chaos of the city center, it offers a serene escape without sacrificing convenience. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional service we received from Nick at the front desk. He went above and beyond to make my mother’s birthday truly special. His thoughtful gestures and warm hospitality made us feel incredibly welcome and valued. My mother was thrilled with the birthday surprise, and it added a memorable touch to our visit. The hotel itself is stunning, with luxurious decor and meticulous attention to detail. Every aspect of our experience, from the comfortable rooms to the excellent amenities, was top-notch. The location is ideal, allowing us to explore Vienna with ease while enjoying a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. However, I did notice some inconsistency in the politeness and capability of the staff at The Bank restaurant. While some members were exemplary in their service, others fell short. Despite this, the overall quality of the hotel and the efforts of staff members like Nick made our stay truly memorable. I highly recommend the Park Hyatt Vienna to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in this beautiful city. Thank you, Nick, and the entire staff, for making our visit so remarkable. We can’t wait to return!

Great hotel, great location. Staff are very friendly. They surprised me with a delicious birthday cake on the day i was checking out from the hotel. I will definitely go back.
