Our experience at Gabala 7 Gozel Hotel was very disappointing. We checked in at 14:00 as scheduled, but our room was not ready, and we had to wait around 30 minutes. The service at the café near the pool was also terrible. Orders were forgotten, and we constantly had to go back and remind the staff about items we had already requested. During checkout, we were unexpectedly told that we had a "debt" to the restaurant, even though we had already paid for everything. This caused another unnecessary delay while they tried to sort it out. The room cleaning service was also below standard — our room wasn’t cleaned at all on the second day, despite us being out for most of it. Overall, I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. Poor service, lack of organization, and cleanliness issues made it a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend it to others.

Stayed with family on 18-19 June, 2024 . Not so good experience. Room did not have electric kettle/ cups/ coffee sachets. Kettle was provided when asked for it with plastic glasses ( in place of cups) and no coffee sachets. Engaged with Receptionist on duty and final position was : hotel does not provide coffee sachets and I will have to order coffee from restaurant. Bathroom shower is not easy to use. Breakfast had very limited spread and very little options for vegetarians( almost nothing) . Did not get even bread slice in spread/ no toaster. overall average experience and recommend to look for alternate options or do not go with very high expectation.

L’hôtel a besoin impérativement de renovation. La moquette de l’hôtel est très sale surtout au premier étage.

Hotel pass its life, rooms and suites require restoration.Condition of room was poor with rusty bathroom, noisy bed,deteriorated floor,old tv(few channel), noisy door etc.Wall not sound proof so bear in mind if you have noisy neighbour you vacation will fail. Hotel is not kids freindly,children garden is almost unused condition and actually nothing for kids activity. Only pool could be interesting but when i was there end of the May,pool still was filling with hose.Breakfast was very basic and no live order for special meal. Only choise is the ready offered meals. By the way İ didn't expect to see the fake honey for breakfast because Gabala is region with rich nature resources. In spite of all this there is some positives.What I like there the yard of hotel have plenty of beautifull trees. And personnel very freindly ,restaurant service was good enough. For sum up this is a place where could be stay for few days (only adults) if there is no other choise.
